It's decent

The color looks great, overall fine quality. The glaze on some of the items differ. Also one of the cups came with an impurity which sucks. Just started using them do I'm unsure how well they hold up long time. I'll try to remember to update

Sturdy and beautiful

The crispness of the material is amazing. The coffee mugs are so big they get heavy when filled all the way, but they look amazing. They can scratch but not more than expected.

Good quality!

Good quality hearty set. Only negative for me is that the mugs are huge, but they can be used as extra bowls. Will be ordering different mugs for my coffee.

I'm real it happy with the quality of most of these. Unfortunately, one of the mugs isn't finished properly. I tried to see about an exchange through Amazon, then said to deal with the company directly. I tried to email the company from their site (wouldn't go through), and finally called the company but they only deal with suppliers not customers... so finally, since I don't want to return the whole thing, I'm not stuck with an not fully finished mug. Again, the rest of the set is really nice, it's just not really possible to fix one item if anything wrong...

Looks and feels great but scratches easily

I enjoyed using this dinner wear set. It feels very durable and high quality however, visible scratches and marking appeared month or two after use.

Broken Mug, Nice Set Otherwise

This set is gorgeous, but one of the mugs arrived broken. I have reached out to their customer support and will update my review based on what is done for this.

very heavy and thick

I was excited to receive the dishes today. I had been looking for larger capacity bowls and cups and found that these are quite large. The description was adequate on the website although I didn't expect the dishes to be so heavy and thick. The package arrived damaged and one plate had a couple of chips. I won't be returning it because I can live with the chips and I'm happy that the dishes are dishwasher and microwave safe.
