Did not work

Circuit

I tried to use it like the youtube video explained how to use this, and even purchase the special heating station to removed the ribbon circuit carefully and applied the new circuit, but the circuit failed to make electrical contact using the tape.

Life saving tape! I repaired a torn off flexible PCB ribbon on a $500 LCD TV. Disregard negative reviews.

Apply the tape by peeling it off the strip and placing the sticky side down on the PCB, then rub it firmly with your finger. Then use a razor or knife to peel away the non-sticky backing that you rubbed with your finger. There should be a clear, sticky, thick coating leftover on the PCB. That is the tape! Line up your ribbon and press it on. Rub it firmly to ensure a good bond. If the ribbon could experience any kind strain, flexing or significant heat, be sure to support it by means other than the tape alone. Enjoy!!

I received fake conductive tape. When I received the items they were floating loose in the bag. Some were stuck together. Please do not purchase this item.
