3M Temflex vinyl isolatietape 175 is een 7 mil dikke, hoogwaardige vinyl isolatietape voor algemeen gebruik. Het is vlamvertragend en ontworpen om te presteren bij omgevingstemperaturen tot 194F (90C). De tape is geschikt voor toepassingen bij koud weer tot 19F (-7C). Het heeft een uitstekende weerstand tegen slijtage, vocht, alkaliën, zuren, kopercorrosie en wisselende weersomstandigheden. De combinatie van een elastische PVC-rug en drukgevoelige lijm op rubberbasis biedt elektrische en mechanische bescherming met een minimale omvang. Deze veelzijdige elektrische tape is compatibel met rubber en synthetische verbindingen en is UL-gecertificeerd en CSA-gecertificeerd.

Goodbye cheap, crappy electrical tape, this stuff is great
I admit it, I have bought my share of the crappy tape because by nature, I am.... thrifty, my wife uses a different word. Never again, this 3M tape is outstanding. Been using it for about 8 months in a very warm, sunny region and it really holds up to the high temperatures and strong UV rays. There is no noticeable deterioration to the material or the adhesive, if anything the adhesive is adhering even better than when I applied the tape. Additionally, the tape tears apart with just the right amount of effort and then recovers most of the way so that the ends of the tape stick together just as well as the rest of the tape. It never gets very cold here so I cannot attest to how well it adheres in frigid temperatures but, it's a 3m product and I have little doubt it will preform very well in the cold as well.

It starts to unglue/unravel in a couple of days
It works ok for cord wrappings but to cover a cut in my four wheeler seat it comes unglued.

If you need electrical tape just buy this
Best electric tape I have ever used, don't waste your money on cheap harbor freight tape or what have you, this stuff holds extremely well and doesn't dry out and start to unravel like junk tape. I use it on everything electrical from vehicles, motorcycles, or trailers and nothing matches up to the quality of this stuff

Good tape
I've used this product for a few tasks around the house; taping up a towel roll for stretching, fastening random objects together for tasks around the house and with my vehicle, to keep the adjustable grip on my dog leash down. Bought this for the quality and value and I'm not disappointed.

Not my Favorite
I paid more this electrical tape than the cheaper version I usually buy. I see no difference that would make me buy this tape again. In fact, this tape appears not as sticky or as adhesive as my normal tape and when I start to wrap, the end of the tape always slides off or pops off whatever it is I'm wrapping up. I have to hold the tape end down and then wrap with the other hand. Not my choice for quality electrical tape.

I would almost call this tape defective—- not flexible terrible for wiring, very stiff electrical tape not flexible.
