Fit for a dog! (Our Dog)

Searched all over for a simple dog bed that was not too pricey, not too ugly, was round like a comfy donut and would please both our dog and our people. So far, this bed is Just Right. It does seem to wear a bit where our pup sleeps with his head and paws over one edge. Is not a problem yet, as every few days I simply give the bed a 180 degree turn and he sleeps on the opposite (and then fluffier) side. Whole family liked the navy and white print. And the dog flopped into bed and circled down quite comfortably - the moment it was unboxed and set on the floor. Old (expensive and impossible to clean) bed was not even fit for donation, it went into the trash. Looking forward to chucking this whole thing in the wash when needed. Will update if it falls apart or develops any maintenance issues.

Love Majestic Dog Beds

I have 4 dogs and also foster, we need lots of dog beds, and they have to be cleaned often. Majestic beds are reasonably priced, well made, easy zipper for removal of the padding in the middle and on the bolster. The covers wash well and hold up.

Cozy bed with thick bottom

I’ve always bought these cheap $20 dog beds and it’s become a problem ever since we got rid of carpet and put hardwood flooring. My senior would get up every few hours at night and adjust, as if uncomfortable. I was thinking how as I got older, I needed to change my mattress too. So I got this bed. It is the perfect combination of cozy and stylish. The bottom is thick and plush, where you can’t feel the hardness of the floor. My dog is 30 lbs (long and chubby doxen) and we got the medium, which gives her lot of room to stretch out. I haven’t washed it yet but the design makes it easy to keep clean.

"Small (up to 25 lbs)" is the perfect nap spot for a small dog AND his owner.

Important note. The "Small (up to 25 lbs)" is actually a 40-inch bed that would easily fit a Lab, Golden or a Cavalier King Charles AND his owner. It's huge. I assumed it would be the same size as the 24-inch and I was very wrong. Unfortunately my dog saw me unpacking it and had jumped into the bed by the time it unfurled to its full size (it was compressed in the box). He can dig into the sides and his whole head disappears under the bolster, so needless to say it's a hit with him. The quality is great, as usual for Majestic Pet products. I'm very loyal to this brand because I love that the fabric can be wiped off, the cushioning is consistently soft and the fabric patterns are attractive. It would have been 5 stars, but the size description was deceptive. Because the bed is so large, I won't ever be able to wash it, so it's essentially a giant, disposable bed. When it's time to get rid of this enormous bed, I'll be buying a 24-inch Majestic Pet bed for my 15 lb. dog.

Disappointed in the product

I received this medium sized dog bed on April 7, 2017 and when I got the package, I noticed that the box (with the "Majestic" logo) was bulging, because it was too small for the bed. There was a lot of tape holding it together. I pulled the bed out and immediately saw that the white links were a dingy greyish white color. I should have just sent it back then, but decided to keep it because my dogs were laying on it. The size of the bed is 32" in total, including the bumpers. The interior of the bed is much smaller. The bumpers are really low and not as high as the pictures I found on the older beds made by Majestic. Also, it leans to one side when my dog gets up after laying on it for a bit. The first time I washed it, I was hoping that it would turn the links white like they are supposed to be, but that didn't happen. I just washed it for the second time yesterday, and when it came out of the washer, there were large patches of gray streaks on the shepra insert. I also noticed that the red fabric was washed off in certain spots, (see the pictures). I had to scrub the shepra with Shout for 20 minutes and re-washed the bed to get the gray streaks out. The red fabric is washed off in spots on two sides of the bed. There were no washing instructions included. I washed the bed by itself and only used regular laundry soap during the wash. I was really surprised that the fabric was compromised like that after only two washes. I am guessing the gray streaks were from the bottom charcoal gray cover. I would not order this dog bed again because of the defects in the fabric, colors, and shape it takes on after my dogs lay in it, (it doesnt hold its shape). You have to be able to wash dog beds without this kind of result. I am giving it 1 1/2 stars because of the cushioning, which is adequate. Overall, I feel it was a waste of money.

Comfy pup

I really like this bed. It's awkward to clean, but definitely doable. It does run small at first, but after about a week it opened up a little more. My dog is 93lbs and I bought the 40in. This is the 2nd time I bought this bed and the last one lasted 4years.

Human tested, dog approved!

(Let me start by saying it fits my 9 year old child so this bed would be adequate for any dog under 60lbs) So here's the thing... My dog is a spoiled rotten ball of fur. He has never liked any other dog bed I have gotten him. Kind of like goldilocks.. Too small, too fluffy, too big, too pink.... anyways.. when I got this bed I wasn't overly optimistic because he likes to make me waste money, but surprisingly he loves it. I have to drag his lazy fluffy butt out of this doggy bed in the morning to go for a walk. It could be because I keep my house at an arctic 57 degrees and he's finally gotten tired of sleeping on the leather couch, but alas, Loki is happy, so I am happy.

Mis perrunos cómodos y felices

Esta de muy buen tamaño para que mis gorditas duerman a pata suelta! Y lo mejor fue el precio. Tiene cierres para sacar el relleno y poder echarla a la lavadora (aún no lo hago).
