Perfect fit
I love this camisole. I had to buy another one because after surgery the first one was full of seepage from my double mastectomy, and flap surgery. But it fits perfectly. I was going to get a size 16 but realized I needed a bigger one due to swelling from surgery. So I bought a size 18 instead. And it fit perfectly. It still fits perfectly even after I washed it. And I would recommend this camisole to anyone who is going to be getting a mastectomy, and even a double mastectomy. It holds everything in place. I am so very happy with my first and second purchase.

Perfect for post op SENSITIVE skin
I had surgery over a month ago for Stage 4 capsular contracture after mastectomy breast reconstruction over 12 years ago. I concurrently had my opposite breast reduced to match the new SWIM flap/fat transfer reconstruction. My skin hates adhesive and taking it off and reapplying literally makes my skin raw, red, inflamed. I can barely handle elastic or an ace bandage for long without my skin becoming irritated quickly. I needed something to wear and keep bandages in place. I was using cotton camisoles (no shelf bra) as that is generally all I can use when my skin responds like this. I was given suggestions for cotton/spandex bras but couldn't find in my size. I found this camisole and tried it and thankfully it works, my skin can handle it all day. I do switch back to a cotton camisole for sleep. I ended up with post op wound (an issue I have had in the past) and needed something to hold bandages in place without the use of tape or adhesives. This works! Pros: Cotton with a little spandex for stretch, zipper front with placket so it's not irritating against the skin. Additional pockets that stick to the inside via velcro strip on the pockets so if you need to store drains discreetly you can. I will have a negative pressure bandage and pump put in so hoping the pocket will hold the pump. Pockets are made of cotton/span. Comfortable to wear all day. You can unhook the straps in the front above cups for additional easy access for doctors appointments. It comes with two padded enhancers that will fit into a sleeve in the bra cup so if you're needing to adjust one side so your breast sizes match you can use one of the pads they provide. They are stuffed with padding you can actually adjust by removing some of it. I think of it like polyfill you stuff pillows with. So with some work you can adjust and use on the side you need it for. Con's: Straps are not adjustable otherwise. Sizing was confusing but thankfully I interpreted correctly and was able to get the correct size. XL (A/B) is Extra Large, cup size A/B. Then they display a size in (), so (14/16) is dress size. Therefore a women's dress size equivalent to 14/16. I ordered up one size (18-20) and glad I did to allow for all the bandages. If I had no bandages the 14/16 would have worked. My recommendation would be to go up a size if you're needing to dress with bandages or have drains. It is expensive at $55 but I got free shipping on Amazon Prime, it came quickly and it works! So all the other bras I tried that were recommended for far less didn't work and I ended up spending more in the long run. It can be frustrating but once you find what works for you it is worth the comfort post surgery.

True to size
True to size. Zip front is nice. It is a post surgical garment and only came with one breast form. Ummm? No phone number listed to reach out to manufacturer. $price seems high for missing parts.

Runs Small
Perfect for post-surgery recovery, especially if the patient is in need of drains and an "easy on, easy off" support garment that opens from the front. These run small so add 1 to 2 sizes based on post operative swelling estimates. The primary NEGATIVE is that the shoulder straps are NOT adjustable so the garment is tends to feel tight around the arms. Otherwise this was a blessing as it held the drains in place.

Great week after mastectomy
Very helpful at keeping me secure and my drains point of entry and bulb secure, without rubbing or pulling. I received 12 days after surgery, I’m sure would have been to tight sooner. Breast forms are too large, even when stuffing removed the form it’s self is large. Zipper is good, fasteners at the shoulder work great. The bottom of the bra line is a little high / very close to my stitches, wish the shoulder straps adjusted to lower.

Very high quality, but I should have ordered the next size down.
This is very comfortable and well made. However, I should have ordered the next size down. The inserts are filled with stuffing that can be adjusted to be the size you want them. I just had breast surgery, and it will be a few weeks until I get my prescription breast prosthetics. It is nice to be able to add and subtract stuffing, so I have an idea of what size I want to be.

Friend recommended this
Ordered this for my surgery in two weeks. I bought because another patient/friend who has already had surgery recommended them. I am a size 12 & ordered the L in hoping it will be comfortable after surgery. I am now 7 weeks post double mastectomy with breast reconstruction and I could not have survived without this product. I would 100% recommend it to mastectomy/reconstruction patients. It is hard to feel comfortable after this surgery but this product surely helped me. The pockets are perfect for the drains and now that my drains are gone I still wear it w/o the drain pockets for comfort especially at night. The inserts can be fitted to your shape and help make your clothes fit well during reconstruction phase. For me, this has been a God-send.

After surgery
I used this camisole after my double mastectomy and it was wonderful. I had three. Over the years I have lent them out to some friends. Recently I had shoulder rotator cuff surgery and was advised to use button up shirts but instead I purchased some of these and they worked great. Very soft and cozy and easy to get on and off.

A little disapointing
Item is soft have ordered one in medium as small is a little tight, the reason for three stars is the zipper is very very difficult to do up, not due to size but misalignment at the bottom, zipper does not work well evn when not on me and laid flat, hope next one is better, not returning as too close to double mastectomy date so i need it.

Great for post mastectomy
Good tank for post mastectomy. I found the bottom was a little looser fitting than the bust but overall is just what I needed those first few weeks
