No Warranty?

I've used other surface cleaners so this isn't my first rodeo. I am impressed by the quality of this unit and especially like the water inlet filter which can be cleaned and serviced by the owner. Both nozzles can also be removed and cleaned if needed. My pressure cleaner is only 2,200 PSI at 2.2 (US) gal per minute, but the unit worked just fine; you simply have to work a little slower than you might if using a more powerful pressure cleaner. 2,200 PSI is the least I would recommend, however. The unit is rated for 3,000 PSI, with a MAX OF 3,200. My only concern with this product is that the box and the instructions enclosed make no mention of a warranty. I went to the company's website and found nothing there either. If the unit comes DOA, you likely could return it to Amazon; but after that, it appears you are on your own.

Super easy to use & VERY effective

I LOVE IT! I know that sounds a bit extreme, but I just bought a 2nd one! Not because the 1st wore out, but because it works so well I did my 500sq' pool deck, 1500sq' drive, and 100sq' of patio and walkways before lunch! This used to take the entire weekend. I felt a bit like Tom Sawyer painting the fence. Neighbors stopped by to see what was going on, so I let them try it. So far 5 have borrowed it. I sent a 2nd one to friends, who had the same experience. Way better than chocolates, flowers, going out to dinner for a "Host or Hostess" gift, and now I have a much appreciated gift idea the stimulates conversation and is appreciated! Actually my NET cost has been 0, as I have been taken out so many times by friends and neighbors in appreciation.

Reducing maintenance (suggestion)

The AR rotary surface cleaner has a filter built into the AR1 plug where you attach your power washer handle stem (1/4" QC). Requires you to clean this filter by shutting down the power washer - removing any existing pressure by engaging the power washer trigger - disconnecting the handle stem from the AR1 plug - removing the screw from the AR1 plug - cleaning out the filter. You'd be surprised how much fine sediment is in your water faucet line. My suggestion to save time: Purchase the LOVHO Sediment Filter Attachment Garden Hose Pressure Washer Outdoor Gardening Inlet Water (100 Mesh Screen) on Amazon. Easy removal of the LOVHO filter w/o the steps noted above, and it also filters the same faucet water that you use for washing a car, lawn equipment, etc. There is a LOVHO 40 Mesh screen, but I would recommend sticking with the 100 Mesh.

works great when it spins

when I first used this, worked great. Makes quick work of driveway and sidewalk cleaning. In my first use, I was on the driveway for about 3 hours and ran out of daylight. A few days later went out to complete the job. Had a hard time getting the bottom side jets to spin. The had pressure, just wouldn't turn. Kept hitting the trigger to get them to turn. After about 5 minutes of on/off/on trigger, I started getting rotation. A little frustrating, but considering the amount of time and ease of use, this minor set back was nothing to worry about.

Works as advertised

Get product, fit our pressure washer easily and cleaned our deck fantastic. Once debris was washed off, i used angle fitting of our washer to clean near tight spots. I find a routine of cleaning with deck washer for section, then changing back to 25 degree fitting to spray dirt and grime off, then switching back to deck washer worked great for me.

Easy to use

I liked the fact that it was like the other surface cleaners on the market. I have worn out several of them over the years. The one thing that I had to do with this one is to put a few more screws in the plastic brush holder. I didn't try it before I used it but could really move the whole assembly around on the surface cleaner. Best of luck with your shearing and purchase of a new surface cleaner

Started out great. Had a pressure washer issue that appeared to be the product by coincidental timing. Be ready to grease the hub occasionally on these type products. I greased mine and it helped.

Did good for a year, but o rings are shot and there's no rebuilt kit.

Assuming it's the o rings causing minimal spin, but no one ring kit. When it worked, it worked awesome.
