Crepe pan

Great for making crepes or fried eggs. This skillet is lighter than their other skillets. Easy to clean.

The handle seems out of balance with the griddle being a little heavy but a good product.

Best pan ever!!

I LOVE this pan! I use it to make crepes, and it's the easiest to use. Nothing sticks to it, I use a tiny bit of butter, and it heats evenly. If all of my pots and pans were like this, I'd never dread cooking again.

Pan Is Quite Tippy

Since I wanted this pan for my morning eggs, the fact that it tilts on my stove burners -- no matter how much I rotate it and try to get it to sit straight -- totally defeats the purpose as a fried egg will slide to the edge of the pan, spread out and sit there. Of course I can slide the egg around once it sets, but it still will be pretty sadly shaped and look like a yolk with wings. And even an omelette didn't spread properly. It's a pity since this is a great size for a single person household and the nonstick seems pretty good. Sp I guess I'll be using the pan for pancakes. The higher heat there may help them not to slide to the edge so much but, really, if I hadn't used this pan I'd seriously think about returning it. If it doesn't work for pancakes, then I've wasted 30 bucks -- which is not cheap for a small pan no matter that this wobbly pan behaves like a no brand dollar store special. Good thing I didn't go for the blue at 40 bucks.

Quality pan

I love all of the Anolan Advanced pieces I have purchased. I was expecting this pan to be a little larger, but it is a crepe pan and is exactly as advertised.

Great pan

I really like anolon pots and pans. Got this as a gift for my mom to make crepes. There was one issue with the pan. The brand label was glued to the frying part of the pan and when removed it left glue on the pan. Tried different methods to remove the glue and nothing worked. Thanks to Google we put some oil on it and glue came off after ten minutes.
