Just need to break them in
When I first put these on I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep them. The toe area, as noted by a lot of other reviews, is very tight and feels uncomfortable. It also was like wearing a ski boot. I wore them around the house for a while and wasn’t sure what to do. I ended up keeping them and am glad I did! The toe area loosened up as did the stiff boot feel, or I got used to the latter, but the most important things: they are comfortable to walk in for long times and mostly, they keep my feet warm!!! I work outside in the snow so keeping my feet warm is vital. They’re easy to slip on and off and there is a drawstring at the top of the boot to help keep snow out. I attached the clasps around the calf area but don’t have them tight. If I were to hike or need to walk longer distances in deep snow I’d probably consider cinching them down tightly but for everyday usage it’s not necessary. Glad I kept them and recommend them if you’re looking for something to keep your feet warm in cold winter conditions.

Truely Awesome
As Stated in other reviews I went a size up and they fit Perfectly, they are lightweight making it very comfortable and easy to walk in. Very Warm Living in ND winters can be really cold, and my feet have not got cold yet! The only Negative thing I have to say is when walking on ice be VERY VERY careful, I have fallen multiple times. Do not recommend being in smooth ice. But they Keep your Feet Nice and toasty!

Nice warm boots
Really nice boots. They keep your feet warm for quite a long time. I ice fish in an area that averages between 0° and 20° on a good day and haven't had cold feet once since I purchased these boots. There are a couple of things that you should know about them though. (A) Because they are made for extreme cold the are a heavy boot. (B) The toe box is a bit narrow (as some of the reviews mentioned). I ordered up a size to compensate for that and they fit perfectly.

Tight Toe Box
I was delighted to find a boot that would keep my toes warm while enjoying the Montana winters. However, due to the thick interiro insulation the toe box was very tight. The bulk of the boot fit snug and was comforting. Having said that, there was no way socks could be worn with this boot. I wish Baffin offered a wider with...perhaps that would alleviate the toe pain. The search continues

Not Warm Enough
I bought these for my girlfriend for a trip to Alaska. It didn't get below -20F the entire trip, but her feet were freezing after about an hour out in the snow. My baffin eiger boots did pretty well, but they are much larger and almost look like astronaut boots compared to her impact boots. I heard from the locals that sorrel has warmer boots than the baffins. Would not recommend for women going into extreme weather conditions!

25 years of hunting & ice fishing all the boots I have owned, these are the best. I wear a 8 had to buy a 9. Went out in timber 15 above toes didn’t get cold. I’m in heaven.

Great boots, fit a bit small
I was so hesitant to spend this much on winter boots however was tired of wet cold feet from my winter boots so caved in. I have to say I am soooo impressed with these. Just had our first snow fall with sun zero temps. Feet stayed dry and warm with 2-1/2 hours of shoveling slushy wet snow. The inner lining a very plush and comfortable. I usually wear a 9-1/2 to 10. Ordered the 10 and they fit snug with fuzzy socks on however that being said they were extremely comfortable. I’m expecting these to last many years.

Super warm boot
I love how warm this boot is. It does run small in size. I ordered a size up. Possibly could have went one more size up. The way they cause you to walk sure gives your legs a workout, but I will sacrifice that for the warmth. Warmest boots I have ever worn.

Awesome Boot!
My husband bought me the relatively same boot over 12 years ago and have finally wore out!! Best Boot Ever!! I wanted this same Boot but obviously over the years things change but this Boot is the next Best replacement. I had to order a size bigger then usual but that was ok.Amazon is great,got the 8,to small and within a few days of return and reorder I got my size 9 and they are just as great as my original boots that lasted.for over 12 years!! I use these boots to ice fish and hunt out in the coldest elements and my worse feeling is having cold feet and these are the Best!! Nothing worse then if you have cold feet,then you get cold faster but with this boot. Your our very good to stay outside in the cold for a very long time and comfortable! Well worth the money. Some may think expensive,but not for what you are getting!! Great product all the way around!!

Order 1 size larger for a comfortable fit, as per reviews. Warmest boots, used for skidooing , walking. Comfortable and a good investment for Saskatchewan weather!

Super warm
My wife said they are very comfortable and fit perfect. They are a little heavier than her low fit boots but that was expected wit h a bigger boot. The boot is really warm and super easy to put on without all the lases.
