Numerous issues.
This just felt unsafe to lift my 2 ton car. The handle needs to be longer for more leverage. Plus, the jack cup did not fit my application. My vehicle requires the Jack Pad tool W203JPT which requires a 3" jack pad cup. This jack has a 2" cup...does not fit. Would have been nice if this was disclosed in the description. Since it was not, I ordered this jack and found out the hard way. Plus, I had to pay return postage of $34.04 which was never reimbursed as promised! Instead I purchased the Arcan ALJ3T. This jack is the king! Once you get the Arcan jack you'll never go back! Large jack cup, adjustable extended handle. Rubber grip. Built and designed like a tank. Low profile and unlike the Torin, you have a lot of control to slowly ease the car back down.

Would not buy it again.
Handle is way too short, too lose and wiggles. The picture doesn’t show the real deal. I expected a longer and more sturdy handle - size matters ...

Pygmy jack
To my surprise, even fully extended this jack was not tall enough to raise my Prius by either front or rear central points – at the top position the wheels were still on the ground. Wheels of a Prius! That defeats the whole purpose of having a trolley jack. I've managed to get my car on a jack stands by raising each corner separately (using a jack pad on "spare tire" jacking points), but that took at least 3x more time than it should've. I am very disappointed. Edit/update: after 14 months of monthly use it just died. Oil plug is bleeding oil, and you can pump the handle till cows go home, it still won't work. Nice chunk of scrap metal, thanks Torin!

Only for light weight vehicle
I used it a few times to jack up my SUV, which is slightly less than 2.5 tons in weight. It started to "leak" and I tried to purge air as instructed but that doesn't go too far. Not recommended if you plan to use this on 2 tons or heavier vehicle though it advertised can raise 2.5 tons.

Built to a price point... handle easily slips out of the receiver so be careful. Pressure release valve needs to be tightened with a wrench to prevent pressure leaking resulting in slowly lowering jack arm while in use.

Jack works great
Needed a low profile jack to get beneath a plywood floor on a 2x4 frame. Am ripping out the floor. This jack was perfect for that job. It slid beneath the floor and when I jacked it up, it easily pulled the plywood flooring free from the frame. The jack and lifting handle come in a hard molded plastic case for easy storage. If you need a low profile jack, this is a good one to consider. The price was good and it worked easily and well.

Works
Works. The only thing is... it will not hold up something over a long period of time... it leaks, and eventually it goes down slowly when you are not looking. Great for short jobs, but not overnight ones.
