Awful. Not working!

I bought it in October and gave it as a Christmas present to my son. The lights are not working. I tried everything and still not working. Return period time is over. Too bad I didn’t check everything before the return time, but I didn’t want to open the box, as it was intended to be a Gift.

Mcr light is defective - doesn’t work

The mcr aquarium light is defective...after multiple attempts, it would only turn on occasionally at first but after a month of occasional use, it will not turn on at all.....Im going to contact biorb to see if they will replace this mcr (multi coloured light) .....hopefully they will stand behind their product...
