Very good IF you get a good vacuum.
This is our third vacuum so this company clearly has quality control issues. Make sure you check the vacuum out thoroughly when you purchase it. Any signs of high pitched unusual noises, charging issue,etc make sure you call Amazon. I’d actually be tempted to get coverage for the item. When it works it works like no other vacuum, very good. When you get a bad vacuum it’s bad- really bad.

Did the research and this is the winner!
This dustbuster replaces a 15 year-old model that just would not hold a charge, nor had much suction anymore. I did quite a bit of looking on Amazon and elsewhere looking for a replacement, one that could fit where I wanted it on a shelf and not mounted on the wall. Many models attached to the charger on the bottom, meaning they would have to be wall mounted or would have to sit on a flat surface. Not for me. I would this model which charges via a cord that plugs in above the handle. I can set it on the shelf where the old one was. What I really like about this model: LOTS of suction until the it is half full of dirt/debris. It will still suck up stuff, but not as efficiently. It is powerful enough to pick up small gravel off of the entrance mat and it it doesn't dump them out if the nose is held straight down even if the machine is off. I recently used it to vacuum up dried grass and other debris from the car and it did well (not like the regular vacuum, but I didn't expect anything else from the dustbuster). I was pretty amazed at the amount of stuff that it did picked up. This dustbuster was never bought with the intent of picking up stuff that a regular vacuum would. I wanted it primarily to pick up dead flies twice a year when they are particularly active, but it does come in handy for many spot cheaning things when I don't want to haul the vacuum out. I appreciate that the battery lasts much longer than the old model. This model is extremely easy to clean. After I figured out how to get the filter out (that was pretty easy; the harder part was getting the cover off the filter itself), everything went into the sink for a wash and then air dry. You have to be a bit careful with the filter as it is pleated paper, but it seems to be lasting. I did check Amazon for replacement filters and a cover, so I am not able to swap out a filter and another cover while the other ones are drying. The paper filter takes awhile to dry completely. I remember one reviewer saying that it was really easy to engage the release button to separate the nose assembly from the motor part. They were right. It you are not paying attention, it's easy to mix up that button with the on/off button below it. Did that in the front room and had a mount of stuff on the floor. So, I am more aware about that now. Great replacement for what I already had and needed to replace. Great machine for the money.

Good suction power. Needs cleaning often.
I have reasonable expectations for this little vacuum and I am not disappointed. The suction is powerful and perfect for picking up pet hair on the floor, dust bunnies, cat litter and crumbs when you don't want to drag out the big, corded vacuum. If you expect it to drag embedded pet hair out of furniture you'll probably be disappointed since that job is best accomplished by a vacuum with a rotating brush accessory. Since I have only used this mini vacuum for quick pick-ups ( as it's designed for ) I believe the battery life is more than adequate. Because it's small, it also has a very tiny but efficient filter which seems to need cleaning often to maintain power and effectiveness. It's easy to remove the pleated filter, remove the pre-screen and then brush or wash the pleated filter. I've already ordered a set of 4 replacement filters ($10 Amazon) as I feel they'll need replacement from time to time. Overall, I'm pleased with this little vacuum.

A great little vacuume
I purchased this Black + Decker dustbuster to replace an identical one that we had worn out over the years. When I received it there wasn’t a charging port on the handle where it was supposed to be, just a smooth piece of plastic where the hole should have been. My wife and I spent considerable time reading the little manual and searching the unit for a charging port but there wasn’t one. I called Amazon and they thought that was strange too and maybe thought my wife and I may be a little crazy ???? but they immediately issued me a credit and I returned it. I purchased a second one and the charging port was right where it should be. This new one has a little more suction than our old one did so we are happy with it. This is a great little vacuum and I would recommend it to everyone, it’s a great value for the money and will last you years!

Hand Vac
This model is supposed to be better and more powerful than its prior model ? But it is not more powerful as far as the sucking power, its about the same ? And it makes a lot more noise. Don't like that the exhaust blows out so much directly at you while you use it. It doesn't have a charging / docking station, you have to plug it in every time to recharge it. Also have to remember to unplug it, so you don't overcharge it. Its not as convenient to use. I really liked the old model, but the battery died and there is no available replacement !?! I hope the battery lasts longer on this model. And finally, the price is too high for this... it should be, and worth around $39.95 . I was going to return it, but got lazy. Bet they were hoping for me to do this. LOL.

wow wow wow. Light and powerful. Fantastic . Holds charge a long time
I have too many vacs and used to have a hand vac but it wasnt great. My regular vacs have detachable hand vacs but they are heavy, and surprising not powerful. This one is fantastic. It sucks up dirt around my Aero planters, from a distance while my other ones did not. So happy I kept reading reviews on the different brands and models. Only one thing would make it better. A low suction speed. This is so powerful and I HAVE IT NOW FOR OVER A WEEK and haven’t had to recharge it yet. Love the weight

Buena compra pero esperaba un poco mas
Hace bien el trabajo de aspirar tierra y basura, pero siento que si le hace falta un poco mas de poder para quitar más de cosas como tapetes de coche y lugares dificiles de alcanzar por escoba o algun otro tipo de cepillo, pero si la recomiendo para tareas "faciles"
