Wrong size delivered
This product is very well-made. However I ordered size 5 And kids, for 8 to 12-year-old, and received a size 5 infant. I returned the item for a refund.

Easy for little ones to put on and off independently
Excellent quality. Easy for my 2 year old to take on and off by herself. Bogs are fantastic boots!

RIDICULOUS!
I purchased these rain boots for my granddaughter who is 11 years old. I ordered size big kid size 4. I received size 4 infant. Someone wasn't paying attention to my order. Of course, I will be returning them. They look sturdy from what I can see, so I will reorder in the hopes that whoever fulfills the order pays attention to the size.

Size listed is NOT correct
The boot I ordered is listed as a Big Kid (8-12 years) size 4. Instead, it is a Toddler size 4. It even says "enfant 4" on the label of the shoe. The toddler size 4 is not even shown as an option in the size list. My granddaughter really wanted this boot. Guess I will look elsewhere to find this boot in a Girls size 4. So disappointed that the size was not listed correctly. Please get the sizing of this shoe corrected.

Wrong size
I requested a size 4 big kids for my 7yr old and received a 4 in infants wich fit my 8 month old baby, but they look great and feel very comfy but other than wrong size.

Horrible quality
All we’ve bought for my daughter is bogs, but after wearing these for one month the soles are completely coming apart. Ridiculous.

They send infant size instead of big kid
The boots looked well made and comfortable but I received a size 4 infant instead of the size 4 big kids I ordered. This appears to be a frequent complaint. I don't dare reorder as there appears to be something wrong on Amazons end.
