Such a cute idea
We had an indoor mini bonfire and these were perfect. The metal just spins from time to time and feels like its about to fall out.

More sturdy than expected
They sag a wee bit with to dogs on it, but I don't feel at all like they'll break or bend. It's to be expected since it's a multi-segmented thing. Perfect for tenting when I don't want to carry a 3' long fork. This shortens down and would fit in any mess kit.

Great if you have limited space to store
These collapse down to a really nice size, and I like the 2 prongs. Only complaint (and not a fault of the product as I don't really see any way around this given the extend feature), If what you have on there is lopsided in weight, when you try to rotate the fork to get the other side closer to the flame, it just kind of rotates back so the heaviest part is at the bottom. With sausages or something where you can get the weight distributed nicely (2 prongs is great for that), it's not really an issue. Marshmallows, because I didn't put two on at a time, did have this problem because one side was obviously a bit weighted and the other one not. I found if I rotated it continuously I could work around this. Overall very please, and beats the longer ones I had that I couldn't store in my mess kit and so were always poking everything and everyone. Good purchase.

Slippery tines, but works well when held correctly
The metal tines r very slick unless you are holding it somewhat upright. Otherwise they work great.

Space-saving design with very little compromise
I used this stick for hot dogs, vegetables, and marshmallows. It works very well, considering that it's a glorified radio antenna. It does have some bend to it with a lot of weight on it, but held up surprisingly well with a couple hot dogs on it. I was even able to rotate the wieners above the fire without much trouble. The ability to collapse is absolutely amazing. It's so nice to be able to pack this roasting stick in the same box with other utensils, rather than having to find a good four-feet long area in the car where I can put it. It's also much easier to work with, since you can carry it around or put the food on while it's still collapsed. If you don't mind the size, the non-collapsible version is sturdier for heavier foods, but the space-savings was absolutely worth it for me. The handle grip is comfortable.

Stick A Fork In It
These Camping Roasting Forks work perfect for our camping needs. No, I'm not putting a 16 OZ steak or flipping a brisket with them. For what the use is intended for they work great.

Telescopic handle is nice
The handle is telescopic. These came in handy while roasting marshmallows around the fire. Campfire staple really.
