1.5 Year Review

I’ve worn these boots, working as a arborist, a landscaper, a carpenter, and an electrician. Since October 2021 (18months). I have replaced the laces on them, replaced the insoles twice, and greased them once. These boots held up well under consistently harsh conditions. Boots typically last for a year and these exceeded my 1 year expectations. The toes have held up well, and the outsoles have hardly worn. The leather has creased and started to tear just below the laces, and the rubber around the heel tore on just one boot. Also notable damage was on the right foot toe, where the leather tore away from the outsole. These boots held up well, and have outlived their usefulness. If I had grease the boots more often, i may have slowed the leather tears, but the rubber heel tear was unavoidable. Good for walking through forests, not good for standing on hard surfaces.

So this is my 4th or 5th pair. And all have the same problem, the left will start to pull away on the inside and the right has a sweak! A good 6 month boot, if you know you know

Solid boot. Needs some add ons

Solid boot. But the insert is terrible. Hurt my feet until I ordered some gel inserts. Also added on a heel insert. These boots have a straight up back and doesn’t really lock your ankle in. Now that I added $30 in upgrades they are really comfortable

Super comfortable and durable. They look great and don’t take long to break in. Buy more laces because they will outlast a couple of pairs of laces. These are the work boots for me.

This is my second pair of boots, feels right and very durable. I used to buy another brand and because my work they last only 3 months, this carhartt boots lasted almost a year and holding like a champion but the sole started to peel off, now I'm on my second pair and I recommend them

Very nice

I've been wearing these for 3 weeks now and they're very nice. They're comfortable and didnt need much breaking in, they fit exactly as expected. I'm normally a size 10.5 but usually buy 11s when buying online. 11s were out of stock so I risked buying the 10.5's.... a perfect fit! They werent all that expensive, considering they were carhartts, so I was worried about the quality... but upon receiving them, I looked them over, and the stitching is nice, and the leather is thick. They should last quite a while. They are ANSI approved, but not CSA, but most job sites would overlook this because they're essentially the same thing. If it meets ANSI standards, it meets CSA standards.

Great boots, recommended.

These are great boots, they are light and stylish. I use a lot of Carhartt products for their quality, style and usefulness in my career. The synthetic toe makes it through nuclear grade detectors and provide good protection. These boots are ASTM F2413-18 labelled and qualified. This superseded ANSI basic boot requirements for job sites in 2018. These do not have the green label, however these meet the ANSI/ASTM requirements for safe work boots. The laces of these boots seem to have a metallic compound used to provide rigged, durable laces. I recommend these boots to meet any purpose you could require.

Quality and very comfy

Always been a Carhartt fan. Never had the boots but everything else I’ve had from Carhartt always lasts very well. These boots are very nice and comfy. Even the way they are packaged and the box tells you how to take care of them. I know this will be a good product

Carhartt is the best !

I searched for a long time for a wide boot that's both tough and comfortable and looks good too. I ordered 14 wide composite toe and I love them, They will hopefully be my last pair ever as I take care of my footwear and carhartt has the reliability of long lasting products.
