One less serving of soup for dinner

These dishes are beautiful and will likely last for years. Unfortunately, one of the bowls was broken in shipment and when we sought to purchase a replacement, we discovered we could only purchase sets of four. While we are overall happy with the purchase, we will have to live with one less bowl than we ordered.

Arrived broken

Two of the items ordered arrived broken. I was unable to simply get replacements without sending the whole set back. I was able to find replacements online though. The set on their own is amazing! Now that I have a complete set, I'm in love with it.

Glaze on beige color of each piece is inconsistent.

Glaze does not cover the beige color on bottom of cups, plates edges, & bowls fully and has a rougher finish. Color is inconsistent. The lite portions of the dinnerware has a nice porcelain finish. I like the design and sizes of each item, but I am disappointed in the overall appearance of the product. I believe it is overpriced. I have seen less expensive dinnerware with much better finishes.
