Not what I imagined it’d be

Bought this to use as a focal point of sorts for our outdoor wedding back in January. Don’t get me wrong - it looked very nice... but to call it stained “glass” is a stretch in my mind. It’s not glass the way I think of in the sense that it’s very opaque instead of clear, so light passing through it really isn’t a thing. Also, it seems to be put together with some sort of black caulk-like binding agent - it’s definitely not soldered. I was definitely concerned about its stability, but it certainly fulfilled its purpose and now decorates my bathroom. It was pretty, but not what I was expecting.

Great window panel with one quirk

I needed something to put in a 30" octagonal window in my dining room that gets beautiful light but makes the TV in the living room a little difficult to see when the glare comes in. The shipment was on time and while it was packed quite well, I'd say too well as it was hard to remove from the flimsy styrofoam core which ended up broking into little pieces all over my floor. Once I got it out and hung though it's beautiful. My only complaint is the two hooks to hang it are slightly off, making the design not centered and kind of crooked so the tip of the center red diamond shape sits slightly to the right. But at this price I don't mind it.

It was damaged due to ruff handling. It is beautifully made and we ordered another one to put in front of a octagon window

Color is really spot on!

Color is really spot on! The little brackets that hold it straight weren't positioned at all where they were supposed to be, but I can make it work. It's still just so prettyB-U-T... this is not all glass & the soldering is not real solder, so if it gets hot 'it will warp' BE WARNED. I have a lamp made from the same material & the bulb was to hot for it (40w) And it warped. My window won't be in afternoon sun so I'm sure it will be ok, but who knows if it was in evening sun.

Wonderful Window Panel

The window panel is very nice. We couldn't have asked for more! I was actually surprise both how large the panel is and how heavy it really is. Make sure you have a substantial hook from which to hand the panel. It would be horrible for it to be damaged in hanging. The panel is very well packaged and is definitely worth the money. We only wish it had more blue tones and fewer tan or brown tones. I would definitely buy again!

Meh

I was disappointed in this piece. I bought the panel with blue tone colors. The colors were not true and were quite drab.Most of the glass pieces are opaque, not translucent. I guess that you get what you pay for. :(
