Bottom

Seems like a quality pan but bottom is raised which leaves a channel around the inside so you can’t melt butter for pineapple upside down cake. All the butter runs to outside edge

This Amateur Baker Approves

I have a blog where I post healthier recipes, and I do a lot of low-fat baking. I usually stick to silicone bakeware as it's the easiest to release baked goods, but I purchased this dish because I have Circulon sheet pans and their nonstick capability is incredible. Not surprising, this dish's nonstick capability is also incredible. None of my Circulon pans have warped, chipped, or scratched, and they remain nonstick for a long time. I can't recommend them enough.

Best Pan Ever

This pan is great. I was hesitant to purchase it but so glad I did. I made Seven Layer Magic Wonder Bars in it. Anyone familiar with that knows the recipe calls for graham cracker crust at bottom, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut and condensed milk - that is all sticky when combined and cooked together (but so delicious)! It was easy to wash due to the nonstick coating! I was amazed! No stains or warped pan! I am back on Amazon to purchase more from this brand. I wish it came in red but because the clean-up is so easy, I do not care! I do not mind cooking when pans like this are easy to clean! This would make a wonderful wedding gift or to a bachelor learning to cook on his own (mistakes would be easy for clean-up...lol)!

That any baking does not burn

I made chocolate brownies and lemon squares. I did not use parchment paper or spray the pan as the instructions indicated. I was very impressed with the outcome of both the brownies and lemon squares. I do a lot of baking and will continue to use the pans.

Seem well made.

They seem well made, sturdy, but there was nothing but a plastic bag to protect them during transport, so mine got scratched (by other pans in the same box).
