Warm, sturdy well made gloves

I got these for walking my dog in winter and they are well made, comfortable and keep my hands warm. They do not claim to be waterproof but it takes quite a while for the rain to soak through. I put some Nikwax glove waterproofing on them and now I can walk for an hour in the heavy rain and they do not leak through. The lighted wristbands are a nice touch when it is cloudy or dark outside.

Like them enough to replace when I lost 1

Gloves have a good balance between finger length and palm size. They are warm enough to cycle commute in Baltimore winters and have good visibility while not looking obnoxious. Battery life is so-so but the 2032 batteries are cheap AF. The orange stripe is a soft reflector so they still add visibility without the light-up feature. The construction holds up well in the palm and fingers. The cuff is fairly rigid. The knuckles are slightly reinforced and there is a large snot-wiping area on the index finger / thumb area. The light up buttons try to be fancy instead of just being easy to use. Lost points there. Also, the cuff is split too far (think of a skirt that's split on the side). I wish I could sew them closed to keep out the cold air around my wrists.
