I have been. Purchasing this me coat for the past 3-4 winter . My favorite winter coat, light weight ,warm, nice length...this is my 1st time getting it from Amazon. many differences from my other original Cole haan. Diffently not an original Cole Haan coat. The zipper is a nightmare. please zipper up slow or get it replaced. Only kept it cause the cost, but I will continue getting this coat in-store next time.

Stylish and warm

I have purchased four iterations of this coat over the past 7 years and the quality and warmth keep me coming back. If I could change anything in the design it would be to cut the sleeve and bodice with a little more room for sweaters.

Flattering fit, not bulky and interesting colour !
I really like the colour of this coat but it is darker than it appears in the photos. Love the fact that he hardware is gold! The waist is cinched which is very flattering and there’s an inner zipper. It also zips very snug at the neck and the hood is form fitted which is great for wind. I am 5”4 and it hits me just slightly above the knee. Can’t say much about how warm it is because I purchased it to wear when it’s too warm to wear my heavy duty down parka but it serves its purpose for the milder temperature I bought it for.

Long zipper ripped
It's a warm coat and the short inner vest, which zips up first, before the long coat zipper and buttons is awesome. However on first use, the long zipper ripped.from the bottom, so I'm now only able to zip up the vest and button the main coat. I bought this in August to take advantage of lower off-season prices, but now that I am finally able to use the coat, the return window has sadly closed. I don't know if this is a one-off problem, or if the zippers are generally problematic, so I don't know if to recommend this product or not. The rest of the coat appears well-made, except that tiny white feathers keep popping out constantly through the seams!
