Deze lange winterjas wordt geleverd met een warme capuchon en een tweewegrits aan de voorkant die zorgt voor omhoog/omlaag-flexibiliteit en warmtecontrole onderweg. Zijzakken met ritssluiting en een veiligheidsbinnenzak houden je kleine spullen veilig, terwijl comfortabele manchetten met duimgaten je handen extra beschermen tegen de kou. Jacket level warmth

This is not a thick jacket and while several reviews note that it is light weight and warm, I questioned how warm. I love omni-heat and I will always prefer to have it when I buy a coat. This slightly longer jacket has omni-heat from seam to seam. The fuzzy collar is surprisingly warm. I also like the comfort cuffs with thumb holes. The hood is very poor and blows off easily. I sized up because I suspected I would need to add layers in true cold and I like to wrap my little dog up inside. I think the liner and collar would work a little better with my regular size. Columbia jackets often have fabric too high in my arm pits so sizing up eliminated that. I love the green color. So is it warm? I've been comfortable down to 30s and 20s °F. I tried it in the teens and was more unhappy about my face than caring about my jacket. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase since I don't live in Minnesota.

Really warm

This coat is really warm, and without the usual bulky look that most winter coats give you. It’s not as long as the picture makes it look, but long enough. The “Omni-heat” feature definitely works, almost too well sometimes, when you come inside you have to immediately take the coat off or the reflective liner will suction cup to you. The hood does not stay on at all, doesn’t even have to be windy for it to slide down. Overall a great coat.

Needs zipper improvement

Keeping in line with other reviews . . I really want to give this 5 stars but the zipper catching 90% of the time is so frustrating! I wanted a not so bulky winter coat to cover my bum during the Wisconsin winters (although this year was mild . . but I have my eye on a different style for next year!). This coat does the job!! It's a keeper for me, even though I will grumble every time the zipper catches. Sizing is right on point.

Runs big

I bought this and the Heavenly style both in a large and the Crown Point fit more like an XL if not bigger. It was huge! Aside from looking a like a giant trash bag in size the style itself is super cute. It was slightly puffier than the Heavenly style, but still super lightweight.

Beware - Some Coat Sleeves Defective

I was really disappointed with the coat that arrived. The one I received (nocturnal - the dark navy, small) had a major defect in the arms - you literally could not get your arms through the sleeve at all as the fabric would get all twisted up. I tried multiple times untwisting this and trying to stick my arm through the hand to loosen it up to no avail. It was like those Chinese paper finger traps, the more you tried to get through, the more it twisted until you removed your arm. If it’s just laying flat it looked fine. I have no idea what happened here but apparently there is a quality control issue if this has happened more than once. I noticed that another reviewer had a similar issue with the arms and the sewing. I really loved the color and weight of the jacket. Too bad I couldn’t actually try it on. I didn’t have time to order an exchange and see if the next one had the same issue as I needed for a trip and decided to take a different coat instead.

Somethings wrong with this design

Something wrong with this design or sizing. The arms too long and too wide. Very disappointed. I like the jacket itself, but it doesn't fit good.
