comfort , sturdiness, and overall review

My son likes this kind of belt as it's much more versatile than an average belt. Other belts tend to be stiff, and bulky, and always need extra holes made. This one adjusts perfectly It is very sturdy, but does not show through shirts

Comfortable belt

While I like the belfry, I find it to be a bit wide making it a struggle to thread the belt between the lips on some pants.

Too wide for most of my belt loops.

I got 2 of these. The 1.5-inch width is OK for a few of my pants, barely squeezes through the belt loops of many (causing wear on the belt and the loops), and too wide to fit the rest. In addition to being 1.5-inches wide, the belt is pretty thick, which makes it more durable but also takes up some extra space in the belt loops.

Big thick belt

I read some reviews before ordering that stated the buckle just falls to pieces. I hesitated but then ordered any way. The roller is held together with a screw in type fastener. From use it can become loose and disassemble However, being mindful you can avoid this situation. It's a wide belt. It's as advertised, but still was kind of surprising. The belt takes up the entire loop on pants. Not a bad thing but takes a little getting used to.

Love the Columbia Military Web Belt

This is definitely a well-made belt. The greatest thing is you can cut it to size and exact fit. It looks good with jeans and casual pants. I expect it will wear for a long time.

Adult Boy Scout belt

Have struggled for yrs buying belts for hubby. Wears 34 pants and 36 belts r too short and 38 too long. Why did it take so long for me to find this belt?! He was so excited when he saw it cuz it was like his cub/Boy Scout belt from when he was young. It’s only been a couple of weeks but he wears it everyday now so I hope it lasts. Got the brown but will buy in other colors. He uses it mainly for a work belt as a carpenter. It’s a bit pricey for a non leather belt and there r cheaper versions on Amazon but I selected based on reviews and Columbia is a good brand I’ve trusted for yrs.

Great casual web belt

These adjustable web belts are the a great, well made and comfortable casual all day belt,. A good 1-1/2” wide. The are available in a variety of usual colours, easily cut to length to suit your size. Up to 42”, apparently, I have a 33” waist and easily cut to size, The clasp, is traditional military./boy scout style. No hooks or eyes, truly variable. To put it on: feed the free end through the buckle, pull it tight, then pull the lock bar out and forward of the sliding lock-buckle with two fingers top and bottom, until it “seats” against the belt. It is easy to tighten my pulling the belt tighter, or loosen by re-adjusting the locking buckle. Now measure and cut it to “your chosen fit length”: Fit it through your pants, try them on. Measure how long the belt overhang end is “too long” for you. Remove the belt. Lift open the holding claw-clasp of the belt end still held in the buckle. Use anything safe and suitable to lift it up. Cut “OFF” how much “TOO Long” the Belt is from your own desired choice. ONLY from the raw end, not the end with the Columbia end tab. Fit the raw cut end back into the buckle, and close the claw-clasp. Enjoy your new belt.

Good belt

This is a good fabric belt. It fits well. It’s a good width to fit the belt loops of my jeans. It feels pretty solid for quality. The buckle is a bit of a learning curve but works well once you realize it’s a locking cam mechanism. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Buckle is a little fiddly

This is a durable belt, however the buckle mechanism can be a little finicky to secure. Sure beats dealing with belt holes though!

So far so good.

So far so good, look used and rustic, which I was hoping for, goes well with jeans. The length is adjustable, hence and I got the 42 size one(max size), which I altered. It was shipped from US, hence took some time to deliver and it says it is made in Dominican Republic, Thumps up for the product, thumps down for Amazon!
