Excellent!

This pad is just perfect, I've had it about a month now and have put it through the gamut pretty much. I teach private instruction and big classes (30+ people) and every class as they train pads I walk around and make sure every person in the room wails on this thing and we have some VERY hard kickers (pro fighters) but it's holding together great. It's just the right amount of resistance to condition; densely packed but not so much that you feel like you're kicking tires. This is great for beginners and even advanced students.
