What's not to love? I have used Crayola Twistable colored pencils for several years. Some of the colors were lost, so I looked for a replacement set. There is a wider variety of colors in this set than the pack that I had originally used. The orange case is easy to store - flat and narrow when closed - and the pencils easily snap into their places inside the case. All of the neutral and skin-colored pencils are in the inside of the lid, and the various rainbow colors are in the bottom half. I haven't used the included paper sheets, which are smaller than I expected, but the pencils alone are still at an excellent price. I use Crayola Twistable colored pencils to highlight verses in my Bible. I just color right over the scripture, and the words can still be clearly seen. They have also been perfect for my granddaughter's use.

What you get...

Crayola twistable colored pencils are not labelled by color name. As far as I can tell, these are the 25 colors that I got: Apricot, Black, Blue, Brown, Carnation Pink, Golden Yellow, Gray, Green, Light Brown, Lime Green, Magenta, Mahogany, Maroon, Orange, Orchid, Plum, Red, Slate, Tan, Teal, Violet, White, Yellow, Yellow Green, and Yellow Orange. These twistables are what every parent has been waiting for!

The concept and design of the pencils is perfect for little ones. I love that there is no sharpening needed, and they last just as long as a normal colored pencil. The reason I give it 4 stars, is because if the tip of the plastic tube (that houses the pencil lead) gets filed down at all, it no longer will hang onto the lead, and it will just fall out. I've thrown 3 in the trash due to this, and I'm sure more to come. They should change the design so that the tube isn't what feeds the lead.

it seems like they arent as dark or strong as regular pencil crayons.... but the conveniences is cool

Great value, take anywhere fun!

My daughter adores colouring and I have gone through MANY sets of colours due to them getting lost. This set, as well as being an excellent price, is great Crayola quality and all in a very sturdy case so you can keep track of each pencil. I loved this so much that I bought another set as a birthday present for my daughters friend. Highly reccomended!
