THESE MATS SORT OF WORK. BUT..........

This is a tough review for me to write since I am somewhat "torn" about these mats. Obviously the purpose is to keep the grates on the grill clean and then clean the mats and not the grill. The package contains two mats and allowed me to cover my entire small Weber BBQ surface. I preheated the grill with the mats on it and then threw on some hamburgers. The burgers cooked fone and did indeed have grill marks, but........ Not good when you have to throw a but in a review, because the burgers stuck to the mats. I had to use a spatula to get the entire burger off in one piece. After this, cool down and cleanup soon followed. I put the mats in the sink and rinsed them with hot water. MOST of the burger residue came off, so I took a non-stick scrubber and rubbed the mats. No matter what I did, I could not remove all the residue. Be aware if you purchase these, your grill will indeed stay cleaner but then the mats have to be scrubbed and will still show some staining. I could not get rid of the round circles where the burgers sat on the mats. One of my sons has a different brand of mat and has the same problem. It is up to you to determine if the pros outweigh the cons of these mats. After I use the mats one more time I'll revise my review with updated information.

These are the best to use I found. Put them on the grill and u have no flare ups. Easy to clean too. I use them about 4 times before discarding them.

Extremely easy to clean, non-stick

I use this to barbecue pork loin and salmon. I love that my salmon doesn’t stick to this. The quality is excellent. Very easy to clean. Doesn’t change the taste of the meat with my rubs. I highly recommend this product.

I can not barbecue without Cuisinart grilling sheets.

Cuisinart grilling sheets are wonderful. They don't mess up your grill and the food is much better to taste because it is not over cooked and blackened. You can grill all those hard to grill foods with not fear of flare ups. Chicken, ribs, steaks bacon, eggs even sausage will cook with no flare ups and no hot spots. After you cooks all you do is clean the sheet with soap and water and maybe a little scraping of cooked food left on the sheet. I can use one sheet for about a month.

Nice addition to the grill

Easy way to transform the grill into a griddle! We love using them to throw green beans or other smaller items on the grill, which would otherwise fall through the grates. They are nonstick and easy to clean. The mats are thinner than I expected, but get the job done!

Changed my grilling forever.

Bought this on a whim, and now can't imagine not having it. Simplifies grilling vegetables, shrimp, and keeps marinade on the item. They say dishwasher cleanup, but easily cleaned with a hose and sponge. Have used sheets more than 5 times each.

This grilling pad works just as advertised - food cooks evenly and even has grill marks. Nothing sticks, no matter how hot the grill is. Vegetables reach a nice aldente consistency quickly and have a pleasant grilled flavor. Salmon cooks perfectly and looks amazing. Clean up is a little tedious, but well worth it. This is a two pack so you immediately have enough room to cook for guests.
