Ze maken het gemakkelijk aan te koppelen en te brengen, bieden een voertuigspecifieke pasvorm en het draagvermogen om een verscheidenheid aan aanhangwagens te vervoeren. Aangepaste klasse 3-koppelingen zijn het meest voorkomende type ontvangerkoppeling voor pick-ups en SUV's. Vanwege hun gewichtsbereik zijn ze ook te vinden op grote auto's, cross-overs en minibusjes. Elk op maat gemaakt klasse 3 koppelingspakket is gemaakt voor voertuigspecifieke montage. 1994 Land Cruiser Prado (KZJ78)

As my title implies, I bought this for my JDM Land Cruiser with hopes it will help someone else thinking about purchasing this. It works well! The bolt pattern bolts right on to the back where you have the NATO hook or “loop” in your rear bumper. I went ahead and made the cuts to my aluminum plate but if you just want to have it on it takes about 10mins. I tow my bike rack and a cargo carrier which weight about 200lbs of that. I’m super happy with it!

Didn't fit a Mitsubishi Pajero quite right, but I made it fit.

Great quality. I was using it for a 1988 Mitsubishi Pajero, a Japanese import version of the U.S. Mitsubishi Montero. I assumed it would all fit, since the vehicles are identical except for the motor, diesel versus gas. I was wrong. The bumper on the Pajero did not allow for the tall triangular reinforcement to fit like it would on a Montero. Apparently the bumpers are different, just enough to be a pain. So I had to use a saw and chop off part of the bumper to make the hitch fit, but by golly, it fits now. I could have specially ordered the correct hitch for this pajero from Japan, but it'd cost over twice as much as this one. I hated to chop off anything from an all original bumper, but I did it. The bolt pattern was right on, though, so no problem there. It lined up as it should, and the bolts included were the same as I needed. The hitch is heavy duty, rated for 4000lbs and 400lbs tongue weight. More than I'll ever haul by a long shot. Good quality.

Fits first generation Montero

Although the fitment recommendation does not list the first generation Montero/Pajero, it does indeed fit. The reason that this is not recommended for use on the first generation vehicles is because this hitch receiver is rated for a more heavy-duty application than the plate that it bolts to on the first generation truck - but it fits. Naturally, you should follow the max tow weight guidelines of the vehicle, not the hitch when mounted on a first generation Mitsubishi. I only need this for a bike rack, and it works fantastic.
