It works perfect. I’ve installed several of them for my neighbors and myself. Haven’t had one problem. And I’m so glad this part can be gotten on this website because as someone else’s stated you cannot find it anywhere else. Thank you very much for selling both the cartridge and or the kit. If you get a part that doesn’t seal right it will leak send it back and get another one. I haven’t had one leak yet

Took three parts to get a working one...

Product is for shower faucet. Arrived quickly, good price, BUT, it failed so I contacted company. They replaced it with a working one at no cost. This is to fix a 36 year old faucet without major plumbing work and costs...it works now.

Good replacement part but ignore the video.

Part is correct as shown in picture. Video shows different part and recommends cartridge removal tool that is not usable with this part. Simple replacement.

When installing be sure rubber gasket is in place properly.

I have 2 bath room showers that require this type of cartridge. They are only manufactured after market. By chance I found them on Amazon. I purchased one and saved a couple of Hundred dollars.
