Nice looking but lighter material than expected

Purchased these for two of the bathroom showers in new construction. The handles are easy to use, move freely and are stylish. The shower head is square (harder to find than traditional round) which we were looking for to compliment the rigid grout lines and glossy tile in the shower. The tub spout filler was a bit of a disappointment due to how thin it feels (more like plastic) but the integrated pull up to initiate the shower is a nice feature - it is concealed in the spout, one less thing to look at. Have had no issues with how the shower head or tub spout physically work but they just feel much lighter than one would expect for the price. Still would recommend but be aware if this is a concern for you.

Good Product but Bad Packaging

The product has a good quality and look great, but.... The handle got scratches before I open the box, I feel confused why these components are not in a foam mold instead of some random wrap... The package looks cheap and unreliable.

Solid feeling fixture.

Solid quality fixture. Works perfectly. Feeling of weight/substance. Set the temp once and always is set for your desired temp, but easy to change if you want to.
