Love/Hate Relationship with This Chinese Knock-Off

I have a love/hate relationship with this duvet cover so I had to give it 3 stars as an average. When it arrived I hated it; I didn't expect the fabric to feel so thin and cheap and it is obvious the duvet cover is dyed after it is sewn together and the dye job is horrible...the edges look like they've been fading in the sun for months and are all red tinged and weird looking. The color is charcoal, not black. The description claimed there were ties in the inside corners to secure the duvet: there aren't. The description said the closure was a zipper: it is a set of cheap snaps. Then, as a lark, we put the duvet in it and the pattern really does look nice and the bad dye job edges aren't really that noticeable. The microfiber fabric actually feels really nice in the winter and the duvet doesn't slide around inside so we don't need the ties. We contacted the manufacturer directly to see if we could get a replacement and they said they have been having trouble with Chinese knock-offs; they said if we paid less than $130 for it that it was a Chinese knock-off. Well, we paid $25 for it as a closeout on Amazon (another reason to love it), so I guess we got what we paid for...it's too cheap to return and replace especially since we actually like it and it took us a year to decide on one. Besides, 95% of the time it's dark and our eyes are closed and who else is scrutinizing our duvet?

Not quite what I expected

I LOVE the pattern, after weeks of searching it was the only one I found that came close to the and mix of colors I was looking for. The description indicated the material was polyester microfiber, so I was expecting a smooth kinda shiny finish to it. When I got my duvet it looks like it was made out of high quality felt. The colors are also more neon than what they look like online. I'm still not sure if I will be keeping it. It was the only one I could find that fit the look I was searching for, but I am afraid the material will get little fuzz balls before too long.

This color of this duvet cover is way off. The circles are more cream and sand colored. I would not describe them as gray at all. first I chalked it up to poor lighting or the other colors in my room just making it look different. But when I looked closely, especially around the edges, I saw that this is just very poorly made. I saw there was a patch of gray (the color I expected) on the duvet. It looks like the coloring of this product was just poorly done and there wasn't any quality control to prevent this from going out to customers. Extremely disappointed and looking for another duvet cover.

My grand daughter loves it!

I got this Duvet Cover as a Christmas gift for my 14 year old grand daughter. It is very soft which was a requirement.

it's almost like fleece. A winter duvet

Was surprised by the texture of the material, it's almost like fleece. A winter duvet, likely too warm for summer. Closure is snaps, not zipper. The colours are vibrant and I love it :)
