Great time saver

Be careful using these. Not for amateur purposes. You must use them properly for them to hold up. If you struggle holding a drill perpendicular to the drilling surface they are easily broken. But they last me months drilling almost every day into steel back panels mounting electrical devices.

It does what it's supposed to, I've drilled and tapped thousands of holes with these, just a better price than the local supplier

Makes drilling and tapping holes almost too easy

Tossed this bit into my impact driver and with a little cutting oil, I was drilling, tapping, and deburring holes in moments. It took a little more pressure than I was initially expecting, but I had no trouble getting through 3/8" steel bars. I needed to drill 10 holes and the last one cut just as well as the first.

I'm using these in 10/32 size which being so tiny is way more subject to breaking than a larger size. They do a good job. On this very small size keep your speed down and keep it STRAIGHT (don't ask how I know that) and it will do a good job.

Use Oil!!

This drill tap works well but make sure you use plenty of oil or your will break the tap.

Fantastic tool

One of my favorite tools. Drill the hole and tap the threads in one step. Works fantastically well. Perfect for standard AV equipment rack screws.

These work great. One step process rather than 2. Used them to tap in spray heads into PVC pip for aeroponics buckets.
