Good polarized safety glasses but the rubber doesn't hold up.

Bought these last October for work, requires safety glasses and these being polarized works good for my job. The rubber for the nose piece lasted about 2 months before turning into this mushy jelly consistency that just fell off the glasses. They are still wearable without it tho. The yellow rubber deteriorated about a month after that, that was more of a discomfort but still i guess they are usable just figured they would last longer.

Love them

glasess are polarized what is the point of sunglasess. I use them for work and i love them. I live at Slovakia and i ordered them from USA because we dont have them at my country. They are little more easy to break compare to old model but lightier. So worth it. Have a nice day all.

Polorized, light weight, stays on my face while running.

I use a pair of these for work and a pair for running. I run 4 miles and like to protect my eyes from the sun. These sunglasses do not bounce or move on my face while running. The reason I gave these sunglasses 3 stars is because the lenses have a thin layer of tinted film. I have had the film peel off the lenses.

lightweight

These glasses are great for protecting my eyes when working outside or in the shop. Being polarized helps making things clearer. highly recommend.

Not as comfortable as the less expensive DPG51-2G glasses

I like the cheap Dewalt DPG51-2G glasses, but wanted to get a pair with polarized lenses, so I got the DPG 99s. The lenses on the DPG 99s are good-- nice and clear, and work better in lower light situations (shaded trails, etc.) than the DPG51 glasses. However, the frame and lens shape on the DPG 99s are inferior to the cheaper 51s, in every respect. The DPG 99 lens does not wrap as well as the 51s, due to the lens shape, allowing a lot of light from the sides and bottom of the glasses to enter. The frame on the 99s is smaller than the 51 frames, making them squeeze at the temples. The more elaborate nose piece on the DPG 99 is also tighter and not as comfortable as the cheap DPG 51 version. Too bad, I wanted to like these.

If you have to wear Z87 safety glasses and you MUST have quality and protection for your eyes than look no further

I have to wear Z87 safety glasses; I work for AT&T which is very strict in safety. I needed polarized lenses with uv protection due to Lasik eye surgery 20 yrs ago. I have tried several other brands of safety glasses that claim to be polarized but have found all to be majorly inferior to these glasses. When I take my alcohol pads and clean my lenses there is no film that comes off, etc. like all the others. These are actually plastic lenses! The only thing I do not like is the yellow rubber breaks down after 4-6 months of usage and breaks. I don't like buying these every 4-6 months. Several posts here say the same thing; EXCELLENT LENSES!! but the yellow rubber breaks and in other photos on here is exactly where mine break too every time! I hope DeWalt see these reviews and complaints about the yellow rubber on the frame and fix but until they do I will continue to buy these because there is noting better!

Durability good

Durability good expensive not completely comfortable polarization definitely does something I have never noticed before very cool future first time ever using it nemesis safety glasses are more comfortable but not more durable so far I plan on not buying the same ones and looking for better fully satisfied with this

Broke

These are garbage . Maybe the lens doesn’t shatter but the frame has now broke in half twice out of the blue with no stress on it. These are about 7 pieces superglued together now. Save your money
