Got this for my niece's 5th birthday. It only lasted for a few days and hair start coming off. Hair is hard to brush.

Not well made!

The grandkids loved it in the beginning, but on the first day hair started coming out of it. It has lots of pretty hair accessories to play with.

Package well, showed up on time and my daughter loved it.

This a great for 4 year olds and up. Sturdy product. It was ship in a timely manner. Comes well packaged and has lots of pieces. The hair is decent but if you’re not careful it will knot easily.

The perfect gift for your little Frozen fan!

My daughter(who’s 3) loves frozen and (obviously) Elsa is her favorite! She loves trying to do her hair or just have one sided conversations with her hahah I noticed the hair was slightly unmanageable after the first day so I melted down some coconut oil and brushed some through the hair- worked wonders! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it needs something to clamp it down to the table so when she’s brushing the hair the doll doesn’t fly off and hit the floor - sending all the small hair pieces everywhere. But really it’s a great little doll and I would purchase again !

Not as bad as the Barbie version, but still not great

First of all, Anna is a very great representation from the movie. My daughter loves Frozen and loves doing hair. This is good for her to practice those skills. The base is pretty sturdy so it stays up well. Not saying it doesn't get knocked down because it isn't weighted to stay up, but just that it's fairly stable enough to sit on its own and not fall over. When she uses a brush, the head will pull over but she has gotten pretty good at controlling it so it stays up okay while she tries to brush the hair. BUT the hair is AWFUL. It tangles like crazy, making it very hard to brush each time and it very thin on top. Like cheap doll hair that is just frustrating and annoying and the thing ends up sitting in a corner where no one touches it forever until it gets thrown out. You can very clearly see the plastic doll head through the hair. The hair "lines" are spaced pretty far apart so when her hair is parted down the center, she is bald on either side for a good half an inch. So CAN she play with it? Yes. Does she LIKE to play with this? Not after the first week or so of having it because the hair tangled so bad. Now if she wants to bring it out, I have to brush the hair really well so she can use it and by the time she is done trying to learn how to braid Anna's hair, it is a rat's nest of cheap doll hair again. For me, not worth the $30 at all.
