2nd one!

My first cover lasted us about 3 years here in Northern California. All the rain and sunshine (and kid use) finally took it's toll. It was a no brainer that I had to get another one because of the durability. Great product.

Good quality but only lasted 2.5 years

This is better than the Amazon basic option I bought earlier. It is waterproof- I keep my cushions on the deck lounge sofa and they had no water damage until recently when it ripped. The issue is that it doesn't last for long if left out in full sun and all weather (I do leave mine out summer and winter, it gets about 5 hours direct sun a day). It starts to fade almost immediately and the brown on the top will be faint tan by the end of one summer. By end of second summer the fabric has eroded to the extent that it easily tears. I successful patched small tears a few times, but the last time I attempted a larger patch with another piece of waterproof tarp, and it didn't work - my cushions were stained by water damage. My lounge is lower than this is meant for, so water does tend to pool on top when it rains and must be shaken off - maybe it would last longer if it fitted more snugly on top. It's good enough that I'm buying a replacement but I'd much prefer to spend twice as much and get something that lasted 6-7 years.
