Not as described

The product arrived ahead of schedule, but was not as described. The picture shows corrugated lower side and it was not. There was a slight difference in diameter, but without measuring it was difficult to discern by looking at it. It also came with a sticker which warns "Do not use this chimney adapter as a chimney". Well, If I'm not supposed to use it as part of a chimney, why is it sold as one?? Also, if this matters to you, it came in shiny metal. Not black.
