Definitely blackout curtains

No light came through the pink curtains in my daughters room. Does have a different feel to it, but in my opinion not noticeable in looks. Looked great and if you hang it passed the windows on the sides and the top it will lock even more light.

I liked the color of the first curtain I received much ...

Not completely blackout, but didn't except it to be for the price and light color. It dims the room enough during the day for my baby to sleep and the color matches the nursery very well. It's not a true pink, it's more of a watermelon pink. Although I need to note, I ordered one to test to see if it would work for color and light dimness. It did so we ordered a second one. The second one we received was the same product (same ASIN), however the color was different. It was a much lighter pink. Called up Amazon customer service and the lady on the phone was very helpful and understood completely what the problem was. She typed up an exchange for me and was clear to specify the color difference in the two products. I liked the color of the first curtain I received much more than the second. She specified the darker watermelon pink. The replacement I received matched the first curtain I was sent. Not sure if the second curtain just sat on the shelf too long or what, but be aware there might be two shades out there. Although if you do have a problem, Amazon's customer service is excellent!

Not blackout

these curtains are not blackout. They let in quite a bit of light. I bought two of these at a local big box store but I needed two more to cover the giant window in my daughters room. The store was sold out so I ordered them here. They are the exact same brand but completely different. These ones let in a lot more light and have a completely different backing from the other ones. My older ones have a very soft and thick backing. These ones are rougher and thinner. They look exactly the same without light behind them, but when the sun is out they are noticeably different. I can't get more from the store and I don't want two more of these so I just moved the old ones closest to her bed and put the new ones on the other side so the sun is out of her eyes when she naps during the day. These wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have better ones previously and didn't know better. I don't know how I could have two sets from the same brand with the exact same packaging and be so completely different. The picture shows the ones that look really white are from Amazon and the ones that look more yellow and block more light were bought locally. I am not sure if I am keeping these or if I will return them and buy 4 new curtains because it just looks ridiculous now during the day.

I love these curtain for my daughters room. The pink polka dot matched her decor perfectly and they were just what I was looking for. However, it took 2 returns to get an acceptable product. In the first set I received, one panel had a black stain on the pink fabric - it was small, but still noticeable. So I returned it, the replacement panel had a stain on the back side that showed through to the front side. Again, I returned it. The next panel seemed to be okay. The return process was quick and easy, but a nuisance. It made me wonder what kind of quality control was done, if there was any at all. They definitely had an odor upon arrival, but I aired them out for several days and it went away. They are not room darkening, as stated, but that was not a deal breaker for me. Perhaps if we had not gotten a light pink color it would not have allowed so much light through. I can speak on the insulating factor since we are just starting the cool weather here in the northeast. If I had not had so many issues getting an acceptable product, I would have given these more stars.

Good curtains for my little girl. Not soft feeling curtains but they look nice. I expected them to be a little darker but they are a little lighter than the color shown online. ***NO THEY DO NOT BLOCK OUT ALL LIGHT!!!*** With lights all off all over house I can still see some light coming in , in the morning and throughout the day . If you read on what the manufacturer says, they do tell you some light still goes through. But helps with electric bill for sure , lol So not to bad. I kept them and didn't return all though I came close to returning because of how much light still goes through. But just keep that in mind future purchasers! Lol They are nice and help my child's room look girly. So 4 Stars! 0:)

Cute curtains

These match my child's room perfectly! I will agree with other posters that they are NOT blackout, however I ordered two more panels (for a total of 4) so that they aren't stretched out over the windows as much, hoping this will help be a bit darker. Eventually we plan to get blinds on the windows so it won't be a problem anyway, but they really do complete the loo in the bedroom.

Dont completely black out. But it does darken. Also, they feel like a plastic table cloth that is often used for picnics to the park.

These do NOT blackout.

These looked great when we took them out of the package. When we held them up against the window, we were crushed to see that they barely blocked any light at all. If you want a good blackout blind, try a search for Best Home Fashion on the amazon website.

Lucen muy bien y bloquea muy bien la luz solar

Buenas cortinas la tela es gruesa y tiene buen acabado bloquean bastante bien la luz del sol lo único que no me gustó tanto es que no tine arillos entran directamente en el cortinero lo que hace que al correr la cortina se atore un poco con el cortinero por lo demas todo muy bien agusto con mi compra
