Love my dishes
Delivery was prompt and dishes are beautiful. One of the plates broke and I inquired about purchasing another one. The company responded promptly and also shipped a replacement. 10 plus for customer service.

Fantastic Ceramics from a Great Manufacturer - It's our second 16 piece set
A couple of years ago we purchased from this company a different set of dishes very similar to this and have been incredibly happy with the design and supreme strength and durability. We just bought this set for our mountain property and it's even better than I thought. This pattern reminds us of snow and it fits our farmhouse theme very well while providing the strength you need with lots of vacation renters. I would imagine just about everything coming out of this company is solid after owning two large sets. Not a single brake or chip yet!

I love these plates and cups! The pattern and glaze is so lovely! The plates are very sturdy and heavy which is what I wanted. Mine shipped all the way to Maui and I only had 1 dinner plate that was cracked, I ended up gluing it since the crack was right down the center. Everything else was perfect! I love the mug and bowl sizes!

Great plate, durable and has a nice heavy weight to it. Love the design, did great in the microwave, and did great in the dishwasher. Will definitely order from the company again.

Beautiful dishes.
Beautiful dishes that have substance to them but aren't too heavy. Have accidentally hit them against our marble countertop and there has been no breakage!

Happy with Set on the whole
After trying several different dinnerware sets, we settled on this one and are quite satisfied with the purchase. The dinner plates are large. The side plates are a good size and the mugs are well proportioned and have good handle. We would have preferred a flatter bowl, but the bowls are substantial We enjoy the set

Not perfect
These have lots of imperfections on just about every single peice. Like, a ton of little discolorations, dips, weird bumps, etc. They are pretty and very heavy. One set came broken so had to replace.

Beautiful but not quality.
Durability...uh, this is definitely easily breakable. I’m mystified that this would be classified as a lightweight set. It sure isn’t. Sturdiness, huh, the set I ordered had buckled in the kiln and most of the plates were raised in the middle. I didn’t bother unpacking the bowls or cups. Who wants a plate that is too raised in the middle to actually function as a plate? Ha. Pretty. Pretty. Pretty!

Poor Customer Service
We were pleased with the plates as they looked just they were presented. Unfortunately, we received a broken plate and have tried numerous times reach the manufacture to see how we can just exchange the one broken plate instead of returning all of them. Seems like a waste of money and time. Looks like we may not have a choice but to return them all. So if your looking for some customer service, this is not the manufacturer you want to deal with.
