Elegant functionality

This dispenser is ever so easy to install. It replaced the old version . The new pump “ cap” fit over the old one ,sort of a double decker effect. Not unsightly at all and very nice to have it working again in my professional kitchen .

Capacity is ridiculously small.

The specifications say the capacity is 17 ounces. I put 14 ounces in and it ran over. What a mess. I bought this because I wanted it to match the Elkay faucet. If I was to do it again I would buy one that has a larger capacity even if the finish didn't match perfectly. Whoever wrote those specs should go back and check again. No bueno.

Beautiful and works great

Used it to fill the fourth hole in my stainless steel sink. I did not want a hose sprayer in that hole. It was a returned item sold at half price. Brand new, never installed. A great deal.

This is made of plastic not metal

Even though the look is cool it's made of plastic so next to a steel/metal faucet it can appear cheap. I was also trying to stick with Elkay to match colors but this lustrous steel was darker than my faucet.
