Great value, does the job!

Looking for inexpensive ways to shed some weight after being stuck in quarantine for 5 months. A friend of mine recommended this ball to me. I actually found this yoga ball to be a great value, with nothing to compare it to, since this is my first time using one.. I find it durable enough for me, I’m 155 pounds. It is designed well to do what it’s meant for. It’s actually Fun to use, and easy to use on carpeted floors. I recommend this yoga ball.

Small but adequate yoga ball

Without a doubt this is smaller than most people would want. In my case, though, this was a good thing. I'm glad it's a little small. One complaint, though, is the outside texture. It's a much more sticky/shiny vinyl than most I've seen. It isn't necessarily a big issue, but keep that in mind if there's going to be bare skin trying to move over it.

I slip right off most of the time

This stability ball is entirely too slippery. You have to be really careful using it, so I guess it does the job of testing your stability. But if you're not extremely careful, you'll slip right off, especially if you're wearing spandex! Do yourself a favor and look for a ball that's not so shiny.

Safety Hazard Within Ball

First off I would suggest the seller show actual photos of the ball. Yes it’s small and I knew that going in but still fix the photos. My real concern is the safety hazard within the ball. See the photo of the air nozzle that stays inside the ball! There is no way that thing can be safe if the ball were to burst. That plastic piece could technically pierce your spine or somewhere. I can’t imagine someone sitting on it and that ball pop! Unless my ball is missing something to stop the air I don’t feel safe sitting on the ball. I wanted to use the ball for chest exercises but I’ll just invest in a different brand.

Nice but popped easily

We have a French bulldog that loves to chase a yoga ball around the backyard. She loved this one, but literally popped it within days.

Bounce

This ball is pretty strong! I love using it when I have a sore back and it needs to be straightened. I wish it was a little bigger though, but other than it’s pretty good.

This ball is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I bought it for birthing clients, and only someone less than 5 foot tall will be able to use it to sit on. We can use it to hold on to balance on the bed. It is a pretty color and shiny.

It works for my needs

The ball was shipped and arrived sooner than expected. It’s size is as others have said, the size of a beach ball. For my purpose it works as intended.
