Great choice for quick access.

Very heavy duty. Lots of pockets. I have a repair service for exercise equipment and I only have to carry one bag now. My hands are free to carry paperwork or parts. Update 5/19/19 : still holding up well after a couple of years. All stitching still good some wear on the center pockets but that's what I use the most.

Great tool storage, but uncomfortable straps.

I purchased this product looking for a way to consolidate my laptop briefcase/messenger bag and a small assortment of tools. While the product has a really good tool organization system, I (5' 7", athletic build) found that the shoulder straps do not adequately transfer the load off my shoulders even with the hip belt and was not as comfortable as other packs I've worn (hiking packs and other bookbags). For me, the spacing between the straps seems a little too narrow and really cuts into my arms. The product is not without it's merits though. The tool organization and quality of the backpack is top notch. If Ergodyne could figure out how to transfer more of the load to the hips, it would be a great product. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return this since comfort is a pretty big issue out on the job-site.

fully satisfied with the item. Seems durable all around, has great features. regarding electrician tools, hold quite a lot. The waist strap is a nice addition to help carry the load. uses ykk zippers, thank you. really nice hammer holder on the outside.

Expensive but worth it. Some stupid design flaws

I love how comfortable this backpack is because of the thick padding. Plenty of pockets. I can easily bring my 2 power tools(impact and drill gun) together with my building tools. I really hate the location of the measuring tape because It's too close on water bottle pocket. I got a really tall water bottle and it keeps pushing off my measuring tape. I wish the bottom was full rubber.

Good tool bag for about a year and a half

Good tool bag for about a year and a half. Then it starts losing its structure. It starts sagging which then hurts your back. I looked to purchase it again and they raised the price by 70$. I would definitely buy this bag again at the same price that I paid 2 years ago. I don't think that the price to make these bags have gone up so much to warrant the 70$.

Only a few weeks old but very good quality bag, most organized ive ever been. The two compartments allows me to organize my tools in order of importance. Im in HVAC service and it seems to be the perfect bag so far.
