Please ignore the negative reviews. This brand is the preferred professional brand by people that clean glass for a living. This is for auto windshields, someone said it smells bad? Why are you smelling something that cleans bug guts off your windshield? The handle is wooden so you really need to put pressure to break it. The end of the handle is a screw and it screws into the the business end. If you find it comes loose, try wrapping a little tape around the the screw end and simply screw it back in and it will be tighter. It unscrews easily because you might be a truck driver and want a longer handle on it. So much negativity out there. This is a fantastic product, but mind you it won't last forever. Just like the car you drive you'll need to buy another one at some point. Otherwise rejoice in knowing you have bought one of the best on the market at a good price.

It was slow getting to me but works very well otherwise.

Handle fell out
The "threading" in the handle socket was shallow, so the handle fell out after little use. Driving a screw through the socket fixed that. The squeegee and scrubber work great, though, which is the main point.

Not the best, but it's ok.
The first one I received was defective so it was sent back for a replacement. The handle keeps coming lose when using the squeegee. Since I don't have any plans for changing out the handle, I'm going to use a little gorilla glue to permanently glue the handle in place. The handle isn't as long as it looks in the picture so be sure to read the measurements. I do wish the handle was longer.

Small in stature!
I bought this for my drivers of big trucks! Their first question? Is this for cleaning windshields on our hot wheels? Smaller than normal size window squeegees!

Very Poor Quality
With this item you really get what you pay for. Just a few uses in, and the netting over the sponge is already tearing, and it was not easy to use. I wouldn't purchase this product again.

good value
I dont think it will last forever as the mesh covering the foam sponge seems flimsy, but for the price it works great and makes cleaning my outdoor windows way faster. Plus saves so much paper towel/newspaper! Wish I had thought of getting one years ago.
