The puzzle box was in a foreign language.
I worked on this with my kids. We do puzzles together as a part of homeschooling. I like to buy the educational puzzles for that reason. We did this one in about 6 hours. It was a bit challenging because the box is the only picture and that wasn't in English. After we figured that out it was a bit easier but confusing at times. :) We glued the puzzle and hung it on my 9 year old son's wall.

Loved the concept, execution lacking in places
We purchased this puzzle as a fun addition to our kids astronomy course. The concept is great - a puzzle containing all eight (or nine) planets (however you want to count them). Each planet is listed three times - once in the center, once in their own box along with their stats and once in a side panel that was supposed to give an idea of their relative sizes. The size of the pieces were fine for a 1000 piece puzzle, and their quality was average. The pieces did not always connect with that Yes-These-Two-Pieces-Are-Meant-To-Be-Connected feel, so there is a bit of "Do these two really fit together" mystery when filling in the black space portions of the puzzle. The colors on the image were good, especially the planet images. The writing is sometimes so small that it is barely legible (at least to my adult eyes), leaving the details about each planet unreadable. The planets are also labeled with their latin names, which is a bit confusing for both the kids and a few adults ("The earth has been replaced with some planet named Terra.").

Great puzzle, super for space fans
Nice puzzle, well made, pieces are of a decent thickness. The print on the puzzle is clear and colors are great. We are having fun putting this one together. Daughter is a super space fan and loves this puzzle. We saw this puzzle at the Air and Space Museum in DC and bought it from Amazon instead so we didn't have to pack it to fly home and it was cheaper on Amazon. Win win!

Challenging but a very pretty puzzle of the planets.
We had fun doing this challenging puzzle. The pieces at times didn’t fit together so one doesn’t know if the pieces should connect especially in the end of finishing the puzzle. We were missing as piece so that was sad but overall a tough and challenging puzzle. The colors are so bright and the grandkids enjoyed doing it. Just wish we had the missing piece.

great puzzle my first 1000 piece
great puzzle my first 1000 piece. It was fun just the right amount of challenge. Pieces fit well and the finished puzzle looks great. I plan to glue and frame it

All there!
This puzzle is difficult as it should be. Just as the picture shows. The box came undamaged and with all of the pieces. What more could I ask for?

Amazing photo
We have this puzzle almost put together. We work on it here and there. The photo is amazing, and though we want to complete the puzzle, we hold off so the fun might last a bit longer

A good enjoyable jigsaw, but be careful how much you pay!
First, the price - make sure you choose the right supplier! I've seen it advertised on here for more than £50.00 (incl p&p) from an external supplier, or for as little as £11.21 (with free p&p) direct from Amazon. Don't just go with the one on the main page - look at all the options. .... and so to the puzzle itself. It's an excellent, enjoyable, and interesting puzzle - a standard size for a 1000 piece, with good pieces - decent print quality, "normal" sized, and some interesting shapes. I managed to finish it in about 3 days, just a couple of hours each day, so it's not the hardest jigsaw I've ever done, but then again, it's not the easiest either. Skill-wise, I would say that there are a few very easy parts, a lot of "medium" hard parts, and a few very tricky parts; so all-in-all, a reasonable combination, and you end up with something which is very interesting to look at afterwards. (They've even managed to update it with the latest classification of Pluto) Yes, I like this one - so much so, that I can't yet bring myself to pass it to my local charity shop. No, I might keep it for a while and do it again next year. It is a good one.
