De EZ Dryer Vent is een witmetalen doos die aan de muur of vloer aan de achterkant van een droger wordt bevestigd, en wordt aangesloten op een magnetische laars op de droger voor eenvoudig aansluiten en loskoppelen van de drogeropening. This product is a unique product of which I was looking for. Not because I'm buying for unique sake but every one of us that has ever had a full size dryer and had to contend with the silly dryer hoses and crimping in the loops, the dust from them not staying connected or simply a plethora of things that can go wrong; let alone the invasive space reduction because you always have to allow for the twists and turns of the hose. Well I appreciate how this fella did his work. The box attaches to the wall and the flange on the dryer is magnetic. The magnets are strong enough to do the job and hold securely with no leaking. Also I don't have a dryer setting out 2-3 feet from the wall rather it's inches from the wall. At first it seemed a little pricey but I really do enjoy this product. I was going to cut up into my drywall to try to create space and that would've cost a few bucks. This vent system saved those dollars. That's the trade off cost wise. Now if I want to pull my dryer out and dust underneath it all I do is pull the dryer from the wall, 5he magnets release, I dust underneath the dryer, slide my dryer back into it's place and it magnetically connects. No more jumping over the front and back of the dryer with a hex head or a flat head screwdriver and a clamp and trying to get everything hooked back up "just right". Easy peasy {I don't know why this doesn't become a standard with every dryer sold}. You may like it or not, it may not fit in your situation. For us our home was built in the 2000's and it works fine. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat. More than likely I would just take it with me and let the next guy have to deal with it. Nah, that ain't right, I'd leave it for the next guy. I'll just buy another one. Blessings to you all...

The solution to a long running problem.
This device is wonderful for tight laundry closets. I tried one of those flat boxes, but they are trash. I noticed lint was all over the back of my laundry closet. I needed a better solution and this is it. The magnet works very well. The seal is excellent. In a tight space it's not that easy to install because you have to align the unit with the vent on the back of the dryer. So measure multiple times. Make sure your dryer is level and you will be all set!
