Works great for teething babies.

Easy to grasp for a teething baby . Doesn’t bash their face if let go of. And easy to pick back up.

Seems like a good teething toy for newborns

My 9 month old didn't love this teether, but I could see how a newborn might like it a lot. It's bright and colorful, with rings for gentle teething and a rattle. For older babies, I think the rings aren't rigid or large enough, and/or there needs to be some flexible silicone with bristles. My baby got bored easily and couldn't really chomp on it the way he needs to soothe his gums.

Not For Newborns

I like Fisher Price Lots of sizes and shapes to grasp and chew Rattles Multiple textures for touch and gums 4 stars because it is, to me, most appropriate for 3 months up, not younger to hold as in description, large and a little heavy for tiny babe However, it is great to hang from handles on seat, carrier, etc for baby to grab at and touch

Cute rattle/teether

I really like this teether/rattle. It is solidly built and is bpa free which makes it less toxic for my baby. The otter is really cute and the colors are nice and vibrant. My baby really likes it. I would recommend it.

My baby loves the Fisher-Price Twist & Teethe Otter! The flexible rings are easy for her to grasp and twist, and the textured teethers are perfect for her teething gums. She also loves the fun rattle sounds that the toy makes when she shakes it. Overall, this is a great toy for babies of all ages.

I got this adorable otter teether for my grandbaby who is cutting teeth. He absolutely loves both teething on it and just playing with it. I appreciate that it's easy to hold and offers so much more than just chewing.
