Great Putty Knife
Handled my job better than I thought it would.

Wider
This wide flexible putty knife is a great counterpart to my 2" version. I feel like the thinner knives give me more control, but the wider knives - like this one - can be extremely useful depending on the situation. Like actually spreading putty on a large hole requires a large knife for less pull-up. But if I'm scraping, then I tend to concentrate on a small part of even a thinner knife, so a thinner blade makes sense in that case. Anyway, have a couple of sizes handy. This is a nice tool - reminds me of the others I have around the shop.

Fat handle but comfortable
I'm a petite person, so tool handles often don't really work for me. This putty knife (which will actually be used for joint compound) is pretty good - the handle is fat in my palm, but the cross section is oval, and there is a nubbly thumb rest that will keep my hand from sliding forward. The tool comes with a CA Prop 65 warning, which is confusing. For electronics and appliances this usually means there's a blob of solder deep in the guts somewhere, and I ignore it. But this thing is only handle (rubber and plastic) and blade. I guess it's the rubber.

It's A Putty Knife
What can you say about a putty knife? I often get cheap putty knives at the dollar store since my husband loses them all the time. This putty knife is staying in my arsenal of hidden tools since this blade is nice and thick, yet flexible enough for me to spread dry wall mud with no problem. It does what it's supposed to and the price is right. I just have to keep my husband from finding it.

Very flexible, great for getting mud in small holes and forcing in openings.
There's two tools I always grab when patching drywall - a flexible putty knife and a stiff one. A flexible knife can force plaster into every nook, cranny and pinhole without damaging the drywall. This putty knife has a lot of flexibility and just the right amount of stiffness. It snaps back nicely and is the perfect size for small patch jobs. The grip is comfortable with textured spots for extra pressure/grip from your thumb. Well designed and a pleasure to use.

Superior, Flexible Stainless Blade For Excellent Control Of Putty Material and for Easy Cleanup
This is the best putty knife that I have owned. The blade is a polished stainless and is flexible enough to allow more control over the spreading of putty to seal joints and to fill holes and gaps. The handle is durable and has a good grip yet it also has some resilience which feels very comfortable. The blade material provides easy clean up after a job. I even found another use as a pry for removing excess ice from bottom of my fridge,

Substantial Tool
This putty knife's handle is substantial enough to provide a steady grip The blade has enough flex to make spreading, in my case, water putty effectively Blade has maintained its stainless steel shine Blade is a good intermediate size Handle has a hole for convenient hanging on my perfboard wall

Quality Putty Knife. Bad Sticker.
I'm impressed with this putty knife. It has a good, soft grip handle, is flexible enough yet rigid enough, and works well. I used it last night to putty up some holes, and it went smoothly as expected. I was disappointed with the sticker that they used to label it. The sticker was really hard to remove and took a heat gun to get it off. Ugh.
