Just OK, base not big enough to catch all water

Overall, I’m glad I bought this, but it really doesn’t work superbly for the reason I got it: drying washed gallon-sized bags. Those size bags don’t hang well on all the arms, and on some arms where it does work, the angle of the bag isn’t optimized for drying and water can drip outside of the base in some cases. It does seem sturdy enough for some bottles and glasses.

Missing bottom ceramic base!

Just as the other 1 star & 3 star reviewers mentioned, mine also came missing the bottom ceramic base, which it’s a completely useless product without the base! Called Amazon and they sent a replacement. How they are sending these products out like this is beyond me! The new one came and I LOVE IT! It works so well for drying all my water bottles and drying all the glass jars and bottles that I through into recycle after they’ve been cleaned. Great product, nice and sturdy and well made!

The base is nice and heavy so it stays balanced.

Looks nice and works great!

I love it! It's perfect for my wheat straw mugs. My travel coffee mug also fits well on it. The short glass cup fits but the balance is iffy on it. I think the tree is better for lighter or longer cups. I'm also really happy with this item, because it looks super elegant with the matching paper towel holder (see pics).

Love this guy!

I bought this to hold all the parts of my juicer. I juice daily, and all the parts are hand wash only. This rack allows me to dry and store all the pieces, and get to them easily the next day. Highly recommended!

Excellent Customer Care

Beautiful product. Looks great, excellent quality! First one a received was missing parts and had a broken ceramic bottom only, but the customer service was so amazing. They made it right immediately and sent me one right away. I was very impressed with their excellent customer care.

Impressive!

Really sturdy but not clunky. Even visually appealing enough that I don’t mind leaving on the counter! Base is heavy enough that you can put large mugs on with no problems.

Comical little kitchen dohicky.

Not a necessary purchase by any means, but this does provide us some fun comic relief in our busy kitchen. We use this primarily for rinsing and drying recyclables before they make their way to the plastic trash bin, and it serves that purpose perfectly.
