A bit loose on installation

I bought this as a hand towel rack rather than as a toilet paper holder. I needed something smaller than most towel racks, which are mostly too big to go near the sink, and I had already tried a hook from which the hand towel consistently fell. I had trouble with the installation because where I wanted it required that it be installed upside down. When I put the set screw in, the holder stayed loose and rattles a little. I have tried tightening the screw but it seems to be as tight as it gets. Otherwise, it is a perfect size and looks great where it is. It is handy to the sink so the towel is readily available and most importantly, the towel slips off over the free end and gets put back on very easily, so I can deal with the slight looseness just for that alone. Thanks for my nearly perfect hand towel holder.

Slide on and off TP Holder - Brilliant! Looks Amazing too.

Love the look and simplicity of its design. It makes plain old white toilet paper look like a piece of art on par with Haim Steinbach. We used to have one of those spring loaded types. Ugh! How hard is it for someone to find the motivation and take 5 seconds to put a roll of toilet paper on that? Well, ask my girlfriend. Rarely did it happen. Quick solution - this tissue holder. Slides on and off with ease. No more TP rolls sitting on the counter. Seriously, who does that??? We bought this to match our double bar and single bar - same line. Love the modernist look. Goes well with our 50's ranch home.

Superior quality hardware

There are a number of appealing modern designs for single post TP holders out there. Most are not particularly stable & are generally loose in a few months at best. I'm delighted to report the 4733 Bleu Euro is better engineered & manufactured than the 5 other models we've mangled our walls with over the years. The hardware bracket is well designed & sturdy. The post support fastens nice & flush to the wall. No flaws in the finish & easy to switch post direction. It holds an extra large roll without needing to hand turn the first 10 feet off a fresh roll. We were so impressed with the quality & strength that we replaced the TP holders in the other 2 baths with this one. Bottom line: Nice solid feel. It will last for many more years than comparable models for just an extra couple bucks makes this an excellent value.

This is a beautiful and solid tp holder

This is a beautiful and solid tp holder. The modern lines make my bathroom beautiful. But the sheet rock anchors included make it so that the base of the holder does not sit flush against the wall. That bothers me. I bought another brand of bathroom hardware for my upstairs bathroom remodel and the hardware is flush against the wall. The gap is small and so I'm ignoring it. But it would be better if it were flush against the wall for OCD types like me.

Nice.

A little difficult to install but glad I did. I'm definitely no handyman. I installed mine verticall just because it was easier. Looks a little odd, but toilet paper never falls off and it easy to get paper off of. . Sturdy piece of brass. Hopefully last time I have to deal with to roller for a while.

Great Modern Toilet Paper Holder

This a great little modern toilet paper holder. It's clean simple lines accent my simple powder room great. I wasn't sure if the toilet paper would stay on, the end looked small, but it works with no slip offs!!! Only negative, is that the mounting screw is on the bottom of the trapazoidal section, so it can only be installed one way - with the opening ot the right as shown in the photo. I was planning on installing it the other direction, but just moved the location. Easy to install and great quality. Highly recommend.

Not good for thicker toilet rolls only

The design and quality is ok , but it is definitely not suitable for double thicker toilet rolls, the thicker rolls fit quite snug and hard to pull when on the holder.
