Needed a towel holder for our remodeled bathroom and this matched perfectly with what we already had. Can't find this in a box store!

The hook is just a bit thicker than I wanted, but it does the job and the rest of the construction is really nice. A thick hook is probably good for a robe, which is what this hook is designed for. I'm using it in a place for a hand towel so the thicker hook is not ideal. It still is a lovely product at a good price.

Not worth it unless you enjoy creating misery for yourself

This product ships without adequate mounting hardware. The instructions (written in 4 point font) direct you to insert mounting screws in the baseplate once you remove the screws from the molly bolts. The screws in the molly bolts are NOT the right size for mounting screws -- they are round head rather than flat head and the heads are too thick for the fixture to mount on the baseplate. The set screw is microscopic and screws into a surface that slants the wrong direction, so it doesn't hold. The screws in the mollybolts are combination phillips/slot and the grooves are too narrow and shallow for a screwdriver head to stay in the slots. I am not a novice. This thing is junk. The only engineering was design and sales engineering. There is no evidence of mechanical or functional engineering. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.

Does the job

This hook does the job, though I sometimes have issues getting my thick towels to hang on the hook without falling. I often hang it over the top nob, instead. But it is a quality product that looks good and matches my bathroom set.

They were what I ordered!

They are beautiful and quite sturdy. Easy to put up and look great. A bit pricey but worth it. They also have matching bathroom accessories.
