Porch light
I liked this product a lot! Not only because it works, but because I don’t have to remember every day to turn light switch on and off.

Works as described
When I first installed these during the day, they came on which I didn’t want to see as they are not supposed to. After 5-10 minutes they shut off which was great. I’m thinking the sensor has to get used to the environment and this takes some adjusting. Now they work as described and come on and turn off as described. Great home security feature when you are away and the brightness level and longevity are also a big plus. I will be buying more!

Perfect For Our Patio
With our friends and family in and out at night, it is great to just turn the lights on and leave them on. The bulbs are inexpensive to run, very bright, and make a great lit area, so there is no guessing where the steps are. We should have bought these sooner. Our only mistake was that we bought Daylight which was too bright, but we easily exchanged them for Soft White instead.

I Should Have Bought These 4 Years Ago!
This review is for GE #93121491, GE LED+ Dusk to Dawn Daylight Candelabra Base 2-Pack. I purchased these bulbs to use in my lamp post outside, using a circuit on which I have installed a photo-sensor to automatically turn light on at dark and off during the day. 4 years ago, after installing the new lamp & post, I installed the photo sensor which, unfortunately, failed after only 3 months. I purchased another one, but the $34.95 isn't the worst part... Installing the sensor in a weather tight enclosure which barely has enough wire available is tricky and consumed at least 2 hours of my time. Unfortunately the sensor failed again - this time 6 months after installation. Another 35 bucks, another couple of hours and more frustration - because the screws in the weatherproof enclosure were breaking off. Eventually I would no longer be able to replace the photo sensor without having to replace ALL OF THE COMPONENTS! Well, 18 MONTHS LATER IT FAILED AGAIN! (3 different brands, all made in China) I left it alone for several months because I did not want to tackle the replacement and shell out more money. For some reason, it occurred to me to search for LED bulbs that have the photo-sensing circuitry built in; I had no idea that they existed, but the moment I saw it I knew this would solve my problems! I then researched the various brands, including those available at my local big box store. Ultimately I settled on the GE brand mentioned above, And I couldn't be happier! I knew the brightness and color temperature that I desired based on the bulbs previously used in the lamp fixture. These bulbs were are a little bit brighter, but the color temperature is exactly what I desired. And although the previous bulbs had no light-sensing circuitry, they failed approximately every year... So far this GE light HAS OPERATED 16 MONTHS WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. Even if it failed at this point, I would gladly replace it with the exact same bulb. I purchased multipacks, so I do have a set of replacements if / when necessary. I know you cannot go wrong with this product... I never give a product 5 stars (nothing's perfect), BUT IF ANY PRODUCT DESERVES 5 STARS - IT'S THIS ONE: GE LED+ Dusk To Dawn, Daylight (5,000° Kelvin), 5 Watt Candelabra Base #93121491. Btw, It's rated for outside use, but I'm using it in a weather-protected lamp fixture... so I can't attest to its ability to withstand rain storms, hurricanes etc.
