These lights were even better than the pictures, also larger than I expected. They are perfect, and really make an impact on the front of my house.

A little wonky, and not easy to change bulbs...
These fixtures replaced our outdated fixtures when we bought a new home. They are beautiful but a couple of them are bent inward toward the wall and can't be straightened...also, they are not sealed from bugs because the glass is loose at the top and those little suckers get in there and set up shop, or simply die...now the glass is icky. And here's the annoying part, you have to unscrew the fixture to change the bulb, OR to remove the glass to clean it, and you are given small screws that will potentially get lost upon removal...maybe a better design would be a screw with a ball or something you could finger tighten/loosen, if there isn't a simpler way to change the bulb or clean the fixture. I still love the look and the price was decent, just wish they were better quality and not bent...my OCD wants them to be straight, so I just try to ignore the crooked ones. On closer inspection, now that they've been up a couple of months, the fixtures that are exposed to the elements have rusted screws...yep, the same ones you have to remove to maintain your fixture. Ugh. I think I'll move the 4 stars down to 3... May want to pay more and get a better fixture.

Beautiful upgrade to my patio. Just don't force the screws.
The screws that attach the bracket to the wall WILL snap in half if you put any kind of torque on them. Best to use the screws that are already on the old one you're replacing. Other than that (and the 20 minutes of playing Inspector Gadget, trying to remove a screw with no head), the light looks great. My 'box' in the wall only has threads half as deep as the screws that come with this unit (hence the snapping when it bottomed out). At first I thought I was missing the piece to hold the glass cover on, but it turned out that it came pre-screwed to the unit, so you have to unscrew it first, put the glass on, thread the piece back on to secure the glass, and then install your lightbulb. This was my first install of anything electrical in my home, so I think overall it went well.

Substantial fixture - beautiful & affordable!
This light is just what I was hoping to find for my back door - it's a really substantial light for an extremely reasonable price. I love the seeded glass and the vaguely nautical/industrial vibe - both elements of my front porch light. My 16-year-old had it installed within 20 minutes, and it looks great. My only slight fault with it is that the metal piece that goes under the shade is just ever so slightly off from parallel to the mounting wall. You'd literally need to be standing with your face in the light to notice, though - so I don't, ha! I'm doing lots of updates around my home, and learning that it would be very easy to spend TONS of money for something that fits your aesthetic - or to pay less for something tiny or chintzy (or worse, ugly!). This was a very good find; I didn't have to settle for any of those things.

These will rust out.
Nice looking lights. The small screws to take it apart and change bulbs are a pain. Installation is as easy as it gets for this type of light. Ive had four of these lights installed on my back deck for just under three years and they have all rusted out and need to be replaced. If a bulb burned out I dont think they could be disassembled to replace the bulb and reassembled due to the rust. The price was OK when I bought them but Ill be buying a light more suited to outdoor conditions this time around.

Nice light, installation can be finicky
Cosmetically it's quite attractive. It's fairly flimsy metal but should hold up. Two things to be aware of: (1) it only comes with one set of mounting screws, which may or may not be the right length for your installation depending on how flush your gangbox is. I bought two, and on one I had to cut the screws off, and on the other I had to buy longer screws. (2) If you are mounting on exterior clapboards, the long base makes it a little finicky. On one of mine, I had to drill a new set of holes so it didn't mount over two different clapboards, which would have created a large gap and exposed the wiring to the elements. A smaller base would make it more flexible.

Fantastic light!
Really well made light fixture, very sturdy, beautiful and easy to install. My husband installed it himself in 20 minutes and it looks great on our 140 year old home. Thick glass, nice sturdy iron and looks perfect with an Edison bulb, I’d buy it again.

These lamps have made the look of our home, just the way we like it. A country feel and a nice clear warm glow from the lights (check for suitability). I bought five of these and they are all installed. Very nice and highly recommended. The price was also much better than any competitor!

Great quality
I unfortunately had to return these lights as they were just too big for the location we wanted to them on. If them came in 1/2 the size they would have been perfect fit. Quality, finish and glass was amazing. Shame I couldn’t use them.

These lights are great!! Larger than I thought, glass is great quality and the seeded design is so nice. The metal is painted well. Very good quality product, these lights are beautiful. They are the upgrades for 2 back lights that are old and ugly. These will for sure modernize the back of our house a bit.
