Excellent pan

I've used the pan about 20-25 times now and it's rather excellent. There are a few things to keep in mind; a) Even though it says you don't have to - always put some butter/oil in the pan b) Don't put your food in until the pan is hot c) Don't go above medium heat d) When cleaning it don't use anything abrasive or rough. If you can follow those four simple steps this pan will be one of the best you've ever bought.

This frying pan saved my life

The media could not be loaded. I always hated making breakfast because of the cleaning process afterwards but now with the stone coat I'm able to easily cook and let my pan cool down and easily clean it with the soft side of a sponge takes two minutes to clean it makes my mornings so much more pleasant

Base is too small

Works for what it is but is smaller than most ten inch skillets at the base. Sides are deeply curved inward limiting overall usage!

Silverstone non-stick pan

Nothing sticks to this frying pan. Can’t hurt it either.

So Excited to Receive This Set

It felt like I'd been waiting forever for this set, but it actually shipped sooner than anticipated. I've already used it. My only issue is that the large lids (for the 10 1/4" fry pan and the 5 qt pot) are not the same size. The fry pan lid is about 1/4" larger around than the 5 qt pot lid. There doesn't seem to be any marking that differentiates the two, so trial and error is the only way I can see to know which lid can be used on which pan/pot. Other than that, I'm a very happy camper. Edited to add that the handles on the lids get very hot very quickly. Please keep a pot holder handy. In addition, the handles on the skillets have strange downward angle that I find somewhat difficult to work with on the stove.
