Very nice and looks exactly like the photos here

Nicely made, realistic looking, and accurate to the pictures here. I want to use it to deter birds that keep flying into my sliding glass door but it may be too small for that purpose.

A handsome conversation piece

Very nice for the money! I got mine for placing on a coffee table & it looks like a quality made sculpture. Only complaint was the eyes were a bit cloudy like the bird had cataracts or something... but I can live with it. He has "personality" which is what I was impressed with. Glad I got this owl right before they raised the price $15!

Quite small

The design is very real, but it came much smaller than I expected. Still going to keep it, but may get a larger one somewhere else.

Very Well Made

I have many, many Michael Carr Designs birds and animals around the outside of my home. They are consistently very detailed and well made. If I put statues like this out in the weather, I always coat them with clear gloss acrylic spray paint to weather proof them & these guys have stood up well. In my opinion, the "Chirpers" aren't worth it though, as the sound mechanism won't stand up if out in the weather

My hubby and I love this piece! Extremely pleased that we purchased it. I am very picky and do no like "Kitschy" things and this statue is anything but. Detail is exceptional. Color is exceptional.

Nice Owl! Plan to mount it on a fence post to use as a skunk deterrant - it seems these and barn owls are two of their predators (and foxes)

good for the garden

Bought this for the garden. It looks more realistic and better quality than a cheap plastic lawn garden art than found in the common department stores. I would purchase again. I'm hoping it keeps the varmints away.
